The body shop has recently launched few amazing kinds of stuff and among then I have found this super cute lip product called Lip juicer. They have four variant and I picked the Coconut, Passionfruit and Carrots one. Now, let’s get the details review.

My Experience with The Body Shop Lip Juicer Coconut, Passionfruit and Carrot:

Lip juicer comes in a cute chubby container and it looks like a crayon. This carrot variant has lovely pink colour with a coral screw cap. Also, the base has a nice tip that helps a precise application. Only I have to close the cap very carefully otherwise, it might damage the texture. Hence due to such chubby shape, it takes more place in bag and difficult to carry in a small pouch. But still, I love this cute product.

Now, the first thing, I am obsessed with is its fragrance. It has the yummiest fruity smell that divines my mood instantly and it feels like the smell of guava, I think it’s actually passionfruit which has similar fragrance & it’s good for all. This coconut, passionfruit and carrot variant has a beautiful light peachy pink colour that looks so natural on lips. The shade is decently pigmented and as it’s a light shade, I have to apply few swipes to get the colour.

It can’t hide lip pigmentation completely, but gives a nice even finish that actually looks like my own lips with pink colour. It is best for fair to medium skin tone. Though the colour doesn’t show up much on me, as I always love my lip balm to be like natural, I love this product. Apart from its shade, it also has a pretty smooth texture that glides so easily on lips. It’s not like the other lip balms, it feels a bit waxy and thick but still feels comfortable on lips.

The formula provides a non-shiny, non-glossy soft velvety finish that is good to use underneath a matte lipstick as well. It evenly glides and instantly gives a healthy look. Also, the colour never clings to dry patches as well. Lip juicer makes lips soft, smooth and supple without making it slippery or sticky. It heals the dryness as well.

The formula provides good hydration that is enough for my dry lips. I think it will work for all seasons and especially during summer; it gives a mess-free smudge-proof result to lips. Now, coming to its staying power, this lip juicer lasts around 4-5 hours nicely. The colour starts to look faded after 3 hours but the softness lasts few more hours and keeps lips soft as well. Even after a meal, the colour goes off but the softness still remains on lips. The colour doesn’t leave any stain too so it’s easy to remove with a wipe.

Overall, I am obsessed with the fragrance and colour. I like the fact that it doesn’t feel slippery yet provides the good nourishment to lips with a velvety finish. Such texture looks nice on lips. Though it’s an expensive lip balm, it will last long and totally a worth buy for me.
