Vega Foundation Brush Pb 17 Review

Today, in this post, I will review the most essential element of every makeup, without it no makeup can ever be done, yes – brushes! Excited? Let’s read about Vega Foundation Brush Pb-17.  I just love kabuki brushes. I guess they are just perfect to apply foundation. They blend foundation so perfectly on skin and gives flawless look.  As a beginner, I always used my hand to apply foundation on my face. After getting inspired by many makeup artists, I came across kabuki brushes.  I watched those artists on internet; they apply foundation so perfectly on their skin with the help of kabuki brush. So, I also wanted to have kabuki brush in my vanity box and I searched almost all online shopping sites to buy one.  Fortunately, I came across Vega foundation brush PB-17.  Its a very affordable brush. So, I ordered it and got it within a week.

This brush has a black, lightweight handle and its top is made of steel which looks very classy. Its bristles are baby soft and they are not very densely packed which helps it to dry out very quickly.

My Take on Vega Foundation Brush Pb 17:

When I got this brush, I was so excited to use it that I quickly took out my Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation and dabbed my new brush into it several times so that it coats most of the bristles.  Then, I dabbed foundation all over my face, especially on my cheeks where I need foundation the most. Then, I started blending it in a circular motion very gently all over my face without pressing the brush. It blended foundation very well on my face and gave me an air-brushed look. The results were much better than applying foundation with hand and I was so happy and satisfied with my first ever foundation brush.

I also use this brush to apply blush sometimes and it gives good results with that too.

The bristles are a mix of white and black and they are very smooth and soft. They feel good on skin. The best part is that they do not scratch skin and they do not change their shape after washing.

I wash my brushes once a week. After using Vega foundation brush for a week, I washed it with lukewarm water and a baby shampoo.

I noticed shedding of 1 or 2 bristles, but during the second wash, there was no shedding at all.  It is very easy to wash this brush because its bristles are not very dense. Shape of the bristles does not change after washing and the brush dries out quickly.

• Blends foundation very well and gives air-brushed look.
• Bristles are very soft and feels very soft on the skin. Gives no scratchy feeling.
• Only 1 or 2 bristles shed in the first wash and after that there is no shedding of bristles at all.
• Easy to wash..
• Dries very quickly.
• Black colored brush with steel on top looks very classy.
• Can also be used for applying blush.
• Handle is very lightweight which makes it easy to hold.
• Bristles do not change their shape after washing.
• Has a round flat top which help in tapping of brush.
• Perfect for applying foundation and blush.
• Availability is not an issue.

Cons of Vega Foundation Brush Pb 17:

• There are no cons that I can find in this brush, it’s just perfect and I will recommend it to all you girls.
