My Experience with Wet N Wild MegaGlo Makeup Stick Conceal and Contour – You’re A Natural:
Wet N Wild MegaGlo Makeup Stick comes in a pretty beige tube with a clear cap. It looks nice and travel-friendly as well. It’s a scroll up tube that works fine and easy to use. According to its price, it is definitely a good buy. This range has three shades which is again not enough for Indian skin tones. I picked the shade “You’re A Natural”, which is the darkest shade in this range and I have medium tanned skin tone. So, there are no great options for dusky beauties. This is a nice warm yellow toned shade which is perfect for tanned skin tone and it act as a nice highlighting concealer on me.
Now, this shade is quite pigmented and provides good coverage as well. It provides nice buildable medium coverage which can hide normal spots and imperfections on skin. It can hide normal dark circle and brighten up the area. I don’t have blemishes or pigmentation, but I do feel it will cover them as well. But, it is not a full coverage product, so it can’t completely cancel out the dark circle. It always looks very natural on skin. You can definitely use it as a highlighter concealer. I wish they have the contour stick shades too in India, so that I can use both to get that perfect shape with these kits.
Now, this stick has soft texture that glides well on skin. It blends smoothly, but takes a bit time to get that flawless look. I mean it’s not that super creamy, so I have to work with it quickly and it takes a bit effort for that natural smooth look. I used both sponge and brush and it worked with them nicely. It also has velvety non-drying finish that actually looks healthy on skin. But, I always prefer to set it with compact powder to avoid creasing. It also provides good hydration to skin and never looks patchy. You can layer up this formula easily and it never feels heavy. But, the formula feels a bit sticky and it can’t control oil. By the end of the day, my T-zone looks slightly oily. I am not sure how it will work during summer.
But, it lasts quite good on skin, even on my oily skin too. It never move from its place and stays for around 5 hours. It never broke me out and suits to sensitive skin. Overall, it is a nice try and a good affordable makeup stick that gives natural coverage with smooth finish.
