L’Oreal Paris 6 Oil-nourish Shampoo

Hi everybody!
The product I’m reviewing today is a shampoo. Well! I’d been wanting to try a shampoo that has oil extracts in it, for a while now. I was contemplating between Dove and Garnier when just two days back, I got to know that Loreal Paris has launched a similar shampoo, which has not just one oil’s extracts, but six oils! So here I am, reviewing L’oreal Paris 6 oil-nourish shampoo.

My take on L’oreal Paris 6 oil-nourish shampoo :

To begin with, I love experimenting with different shampoos (I know it’s weird and that I shouldn’t, but well I do 😛 ). And I’ve tried almost all shampoos that L’oreal Paris has launched before. And since the new 6 Oil Nourish shampoo has extracts of 6 oils, it was only fair to give this one a try too.The packaging of the shampoo is pretty similar to L’oreal Paris Smooth Intense shampoo (the color of the bottle, the cap etc). Though I’m not too happy with the cap of this shampoo, since it doesn’t close that securely and some shampoo keeps leaking out of it. Bummer #1.

Coming to the texture of the shampoo, it’s like all other L’oreal Shampoos, only this one is a translucent yellow in color. The shampoo smells amazing, though. I’ve been using this shampoo for the past three days now. After washing my hair (which is normally frizzy), it becomes frizzier now. Bummer #2.
The shampoo claims to cleanse hair well. And boy, it doesn’t. It leaves the scalp a little sticky. Bummer #3.
To sum up my experience, I was certainly expecting more from this one.

Pros of L’oreal Paris 6 Oil Nourish shampoo:

• Smells awesome
• Contains extracts of 6 different oils; argan oil being one of them.

Cons of L’oreal Paris 6 Oil Nourish shampoo:

• Packaging could have been better
• 175ml for 138 bucks is expensive
• Doesn’t control frizz
• Doesn’t cleanse well

Will I repurchase/ do I recommend L’oreal Paris 6 Oil Nourish shampoo?

I won’t purchase this shampoo again because it didn’t suit my curly hair at all. But people with smooth hair can give it a try.

Hi Everyone. Today I am going to review about loreal six oil shampoo. I had a very bad hair fall for past 3 years continuesly. I was actually searching for a good shampoo which will stop my hair fall. One of my friend suggested me this shampoo and I too thought of giving it a try. I bought all of their products six oil shampoo, conditioner and hair oil. First of all, the colour of a shampoo is yellowish golden colour. The fragrance is also nice. Seriously I couldn't believe, I could see a huge difference in one wash itself. Usually when I apply conditioner after shampoo, I use to have a huge hair fall but after applying this loreal six oil conditioner I hardly had one or two hair coming out. It was really really a good product for hair fall. After shampooing the texture of my hair was also good. It was not silky smooth but it was ok.There is no frizz and hair fall also. My main problem was hair fall and loreal six oil had really done wonders to my hair. I really loved it. I have been using it for past one and half years now. My hair fall is stopped completely now. It has become long and strong. I have suggested to all my friends and relatives. Now my whole family have shifted to this shampoo. The results were amazing. I really loved this shampoo and conditioner. I don't have any desire to change it. Thank you so much for loreal for introducing this.

I have fine, wavy curly hair. I used Dove for as long as I remember. My friend advised me to buy L'oreal 6 oil in one shampoo and I tried it on. My curls were tighter in the end, and my hair felt so clean, less frizzy. The next day I used Dove Nourishing Oil Shampoo and my hair was frizzier, loose curls in the end. I am in love with L'oreal except for the fact that I need to use a little more shampoo to wash off the oil

I have naturally straight and smooth hair, but my tresses are little dry. I have used this shampoo alot many times and I love the way it makes my hair manageable and shiny. Also my hair feels nourished and silky. In combination with its matching conditioner the range works really pretty well and yes I do love the smell of this shampoo. It is more more suitable to normal straight hair types The only problem is that it takes little more shampoo to wash oiled hair.
