My Take On Avon Naturals Nourishing Creamy Mask wit Almond Oil:

AVON NATURALS NOURISHING CREAMY MASK WITH ALMOND OIL
AVON NATURALS NOURISHING CREAMY MASK WITH ALMOND OIL

The other day, I remember bulbul had mentioned that the Alva night cream smells like Krack cream. At that point, I realized that the creamy mask from Avon also smells like Krack cream. Actually, I quite like the scent of the foot cream, but having the same thing smelling on my face was weird. This creamy mask is a not-so-thick consistency cream which when applied on to the face gives a toothpaste kind of finish on the face, understandably so, because it is a mask and not a day cream. After letting it dry for 15 minutes and cleaning it away, there was not much of a difference visibly only except maybe that the skin looked a bit moisturized and unlike other face masks, which dry up the skin and make it completely arid. I am quite okay using this mask once or twice a week in these winter months because of the moisturization effect and to give this creamy mask the credit, the effect does last for a long part of the day.

Pros of Avon Naturals Nourishing Creamy Mask with Almond Oil:

  • Leaves the skin moisturized.
  • Comes very cheap.
  • Apt face mask for winter months.
  • Price is quite low.

Cons of Avon Naturals Nourishing Creamy Mask with Almond Oil:

  • No visible difference in skin’s appearance.
  • Smells like Krack cream.

Will I Repurchase It?

Maybe because of its moisturizing benefit and also keeping in mind that it’s quite cheap at only Rs. 55.

Avon Naturals Nourishing Daily Cleanser:

AVON NATURALS NOURISHING CREAMY Cleanser WITH ALMOND OIL
AVON NATURALS NOURISHING CREAMY Cleanser WITH ALMOND OIL

What It Claims:

Mild milky cleanser to refresh skin. Effectively removes dirt and excess oil from pores without overdrying the skin. Smoothes rough skin texture, leaves skin soft, smooth, and supple.

How To Use:

Place onto wet hand, create lather, massage onto face. Rinse off.

Price: Rs. 35 for 50 g.

My Take on Avon Daily Cleanser:

I had got this in offer with the creamy mask for an amount I don’t remember, but quite cheap. It smells same as the cleanser. This is a cleanser, but as per directions, it is a face wash and it works as a face wash, but anyway, after the lather, I was trying hard to get off the slipperiness from my face. I had to work for a long time on the rinsing off part and at last I used Clean and Clear face wash to do the job. I thought maybe it would have worked better if I hadn’t used the tap water, which is too heavy on salt content.

Pros of Avon Daily Cleanser:

  • The price.
  • Benefit of doubt given the fact that I have hard water at my place.

Cons of Avon Daily Cleanser:

  • Leaves skin slippery and greasy after use.
  • Smells like Krack cream.

Will I Repurchase It: No, I am very happy with Clean and Clear face wash, which works with any kind of water.

Avon Naturals Fairness Toner with Licorice Extract

AVON NATURALS Fairness toner
AVON NATURALS Fairness toner

What It Claims

A mild and refreshing toner provides extra skin cleansing. It tones and conditions while reducing greasiness – leaving skin soft, refreshed, and healthy looking.

Licorice extract is known for inhibiting formation of dark pigments and lighten skin.

How To Use

Take desired amount onto cotton pad and gently swipe throughout the face.

PRICE: Rs. 49 for 50 mL.

My Take on Avon Naturals Fairness Toner with Licorice Extract

I keep reaching out for this toner most of the time because it smells so wonderful, exactly like a fruity apple essence. This is the most mildest toner that I have ever used, low on alcohol content, and works on reducing greasiness. Some of the earlier toners that I had used were strong smelling alcoholic toners, which broke me out, but this toner did not. I like this toner better than my Nivea Visage Toner. I am using it on twice a day basis and I am loving it. My skin looks less oily and toned after using it regularly.

Pros of Avon Toner

  • Pleasant fruity smell.
  • Low alcohol content.
  • Does not sting the skin.
  • Skin appears toned.
  • Skin feels less greasy.
  • Low price.

Cons of Avon Toner

  • The only con is that it’s too small a bottle for a toner and it gets over quickly.

Will I Repurchase It

Yes, definitely.

    1. No H….you can’t order Avon or Oriflame products online…you will have to find a consultant by going through their online catalogue in this website….www.in.avon.com :-))

    1. Veena….you can find an Avon represenative by logging their website….www.in.avon.com………really good products for reasonable prices… :-))

  4. Sadly, even though Avon products are expensive and not easy to find unless you know a representative from the company,it has always failed me and the smell of the products are all weird.
