Banjara’s Face Pack / Ubtan Review
Banjara’s Face Packs is a very famous brand that makes all kinds of face masks that you can think of. They come with such unique and wonderful face masks/ ubtan, some of them being the egg face pack, vegetable face pack, milk face pack, coconut face pack, and milk protein face pack. The list is quite exhaustive and I can go on and on. I have used many face packs from this brand and they have always worked, although not in a big way; however, satisfactory enough.
WHAT THE BANJARA’S UBTAN FACE PACK WITH CUCUMBER EXTRACT CLAIMS:
“Banjara’s Ubtan with Cucumber extracts, prepared from a traditional ethnic formulation of natural herbs nourishes the skin from within, preventing sagging and keeping it fair and glowing for longer time. The required quantity is to be applied to the face/body and retained for 20-25 mins before being washed away. The cucumber aroma soothes and uplifts the skin.”
PRICE: Rs. 75 for 150 gm.
MY TAKE ON BANJARA’S UBTAN FACE PACK WITH CUCUMBER EXTRACT:
This is another good face pack from the Banjara’s brand. It gets easily mixed with rose water or plain water and has bits of what I would like to believe cucumber shreds. The ingredients are not mentioned on the pack, so I am really not sure what else went into it. This is a perfect ubtan to be tried on a day when you have been out in the sun. When applied on the face as a thick pack, it has an instant cooling effect. I don’t believe cucumber could actually give such a cool feeling instantly, I am sure they must have added something else, which they don’t want to mention. The pack does not dry out quickly, it takes at least 15 minutes and that’s an advantage I am talking about. There are some packs that dry out quickly and you have to keep moistening them up, so that way, this is pretty good. After washing away the pack, the face feels remarkably freshened and “also” bright. I will continue using this pack on days when I have spent a considerable amount of time under the sun for instantly refreshing my face.
PROS OF BANJARA’S UBTAN WITH CUCUMBER EXTRACT:
• An instantly refreshing ubtan.
• Ideal to be used after a day in the sun.
• Does a little bit “brightening” though not remarkable.
• Does not dry out quickly.
• Price is very reasonable.
• Easy availability.
CONS OF BANJARA’S UBTAN FACE PACK WITH CUCUMBER EXTRACT:
• List of ingredients missing, but I have seen cucumber shreds in the face pack.
• The instant cooling effect is brought on by some other agent in the face pack, which they have not mentioned.
WILL I PURCHASE IT AGAIN: Yes, coz it really does soothe and provides a cooling effect to the skin.
IMBB STAR RATING: 3/5……-2 entirely for the missing ingredient list.

I saw this one Jomol and when I got it to the counters for billing, I saw the powder falling out. So didn’t have time to pick another pack as they were closing then. So missed it. Will get it next time I visit. Also cucumber – just the name is so refreshing for this season. I so want the saffron pack but not able to spot it 🙁

I donno why but this brand’s things have not worked out for me…I bought brahmi hair pack, kasturi turmeric and both were horrible….glad that it suits you….

hey nice post..i have tried their neem pack,sandalwood pack,papaya,cucumber..they did work on me(no wonders though jus k)i think they r cheap and best packs available…
