maybelline gel eyeliner… u ahve to use it with a brush costs 450… n the bestest ever kryolan black eyeliner.. absolutely smudge proof, creamy.. can be used on waterline, lower and upper lash line and costs rs200.. *happydance*

again i would recommend Nior waterproof eyeliner.its jet black,smudge free, can use in both upper and lower lash line and super waterproof. and in dhaka, bangladesh it cost me BDT 320/=, i am sure you can buy it more cheaper in India *haan ji*
