I used to wonder looking into close-up pics of celebrities of how glowing and healthy their skin looked and so very flawless.  I dreamt of having skin like them, but somehow, I never got the desired results no matter how well I took care of my skin. Then, I came to know of some products which are known as skin illuminators that impart a radiant glow to dull skin. IMBB has been the torchbearer for my enlightenment in the world of beauty and makeup.  I had heard a lot about Benefit High Beam illuminator, but since it’s not available in India, I had to look for other options. There were a good number of choices from Revlon, Colorbar, MAC etc., but I zeroed upon Inglot AMC Face and Body Illuminator #61.

Product Description:

Light textured, oil-free liquid illuminator that contains pearlescent molecules. Shines and shimmers wherever you apply it, giving definition to the body contours. Perfectly suitable for usage in an airbrush machine.  Paraben free formulation, not tested on animals.

This comes in a white cardboard box packaging with all the details written on it and inside the box a pump dispenser and transparent bottle contains the product that looks like liquefied pearl.

My Experience with Inglot AMC Face and Body Illuminator #61:

I am a totally new to this illumination thing *hihi* but I am trying to learn more to be a pro. Recently, I have been experimenting with a few makeup products with a few hits and a couple of misses. When I was looking for contouring the face with makeup, I came to know about highlighting, that’s when my search for an illuminator began.  Since I was in favour of a liquid illuminator, I didn’t even feel like trying the powder ones that are available. I was so keen to buy Benefit High Beam, but it’s not available in India and there is nobody I know of who is visiting the US, so I had to look out for options in my own vicinity. After much Googling and searching, I learnt about Inglot AMC Face and Body Illuminator which comes in 7 shades (isn’t that great?!).  So, my dilemma was to buy which shade as #61 was white and #63 light pink.

I was tempted to buy both, but due to the price factor, I got only one.  Its quite expensive at Rs. 1350 for just 15 ml of the product. Now coming to the usage, I just dab and lightly blend it on my brow bone and high points of my cheeks after I am done with the foundation and concealer.  This one can be used for highlighting the arms or legs mixed with the lotion as it gives a subtle and healthy sheen and it’s so light and non-sticky.

This can also be mixed with your foundation for an all over face application to give your skin a dewy glow.  One word of caution though – please do not press full pump as it would dispense more than you need and this will eventually lead to product wastage. I had an impression that my face would look like a glitter ball with this, but I was pretty much surprised by the healthy glow it gives to my dull skin.

This adds more sheen and glow to the skin and no glitter at all, try it out ladies, have fun!!!

Yes, I would.  I am already thinking of #63. Let your hair down and add some glow to your face with this amazing product, you would love it I am sure.
