How To Use:
Dispense an appropriate amount onto dry hands and gently massage over face to melt makeup. Applying water to the face will result in foaming up. Rinse once again with the foam.

My Experience with Innisfree Green Tea Cleansing Gel-to-Foam Cleanser:

The gel-to-foam cleanser comes in a dark green, transparent, pump bottle. It is quite similar to cleansing oils from the same brand. It also has a small stopper right under the pump that prevents spillage while travelling. However, just like with the Apple Cleansing Oil, the bottle does get messy at times and extra care needs to be taken while carrying this. The amount of product left in the bottle can be seen easily. It has a pretty leaf design on the side. Overall, the packaging is very chic.

The gel itself actually feels like a cleansing oil as it is very runny. It applies like a cleansing oil too and doesn’t tug the skin. It is transparent and has the fragrance of green tea. It turns whitish on application to the face.

I recently ran out of my Apple Juicy Cleansing Oil and decided to get a new one. This product is a new one from the revamped green tea range from Innisfree. It contains beauty green tea, which is an ingredient meant to moisturize and deliver abundant hydration to the skin.

Coming to the application of this product, I apply it over basic makeup with dry hands. I massage it into the skin for one or two minutes, making sure all the makeup breaks down. At this point, the gel turns a little thick and becomes slightly whitish. Then, I wet my hands and massage again. The gel turns into a thin milky consistency before it foams up on my face. I make sure all the gel is converted into foam before rinsing my face.

All of my base makeup comes off and no sticky or oily residue is left behind. Waterproof makeup like mascara will definitely break down, but will not necessarily be lifted from the skin. I do need an additional biphasic makeup remover, but this product eliminates the cleansing foam step for me, which is a plus. Moreover, I do not usually wear waterproof makeup so I can even skip the makeup remover. This product does not dry out my skin, but cleanses it really well at the same time. I was very happy with this purchase.
