But this time I bought some very bold and bright shades. Today I am going to review one such bright baked eye shadow quad from KleanColor in the shade Trance.

My Experience with KleanColor Color Playlist Baked Shadow Quad – Trance:
This eye shadow quad is part of my makeup haul from the US. It comes in a very cute and compact packaging. 4 round color bullets are mounted in a black rectangular plastic box with a transparent lid. They are so pretty to look at! The lid closes with a click making it travel friendly. It is not accompanied with an applicator or a mirror. The box fits easily in my bag or vanity and can be carried around.
All the 4 shades are very vibrant and lively. The quad contains of 2 shades of blue and 2 of purple. The texture is smooth but a bit powdery to touch. The company says that it can be used as wet shadow as well but I have not tried it yet. There is not too much of fallout. Color pigmentation is good. Two swipes give enough coverage.
All the shadows glide on the eyelids easily and can be blended to create different looks. These are not matte at all and contain a pearly shine when applied. These definitely are not meant for office wear but can be paired with contrasting colors to complete a party eye look.
They would look great on medium to fair toned beauties but will wash out dark skin tones. The staying power is good. These lasts for 4-5 hours without the use of a primer after which the color starts to fade. They tend to crease after 4-5 hours on my oily lids if a primer is not used. A base would increase the staying power to 7-8 hours.

Conclusion:
This is a great eye shadow quad if you like to play with bold colors. Honestly speaking, I never dared to try such vibrant colors and this is my first of the kind, and I am already in love with these shades! You can’t ask more for the price you pay.
