Hello ladies,

I got some more of my favorite glosses. As you all know I love these little cubes of pleasure. I got three more shades glam rose, nude brown and soft rose. Today, I am reviewing a pretty light pink shade called “Soft rose”.

My experience with MaxFactor Max Effect Gloss Cube 01 Soft Rose:

The gloss cube is very small and the packaging is sleek with a regular sponge applicator for the gloss. I love the texture and formulation of these glosses so I am always on a hunt for more and more of these. I saw these on a discounted price and gladly ordered few more shades. This shade is a lovely soft pink with no shimmer or glitter. I mostly use it in the mornings for that pretty natural effect kind of glow to the lips because this shade looks very subtle on my lips. The pigmentation of this shade is not as good as other shades of this range, so I have to layer up a bit more product. It just gives a nice healthy sheen and bit of color to my lips without looking super glossy as if I have put oil on my lipsJ I will not say that this shade is as nice and attractive as peachy rose or vibrant raspberry but it definitely solves the purpose of providing that of healthy glow (not oily shine) to the lips. The gloss is also very moisturizing and never feels goopy or heavy on my lips that is why I prefer these glosses in the morning, as I can easily stand goopy, sticky lipstick and gloss loaded lips at  night but in the morning time I have to have something light on the lips. It survives snacks and stays upto 3 hrs and doesn’t bleed. All in all a lovely  and a must have lip gloss for me.

Moisturizing on lips.

Gives a healthy shine.

Never feels goopy or sticky.

Feels feather light on lips.

Cons of MaxFactor Max Effect Gloss Cube 01 Soft Rose:

Very less quantity for the price charged.

Not as pigmented as the other shades.

Yes…I will repurchase and recommend this product..as it is a lovely everyday purpose gloss which literally fits my pocket 🙂
