I a super duper excited to write about this lipstick today, remember I picked up 5 of these and this is my third review on this.I did not know I have such a shockingly amazing red lipstick in store, this is my favorite red lipstick may be even more than Rubis Rouge from Chambor powder matte, because these last you forever, and they set and they add so much to your face, if you are looking for a red lip color, read on.
This is just the right red, we all are looking for since eternity, this has no shimmer,sets to semi matte finish, feels light when applied with a lip brush, does not bleed, adds glamour with sophistication and the color lasts you for a while and this is a pure red, as in it is a true red, no blue undertones, no pinky undertones, that is what I love about it!
These lipsticks are very appealing in their simplistic packaging. I am delighted at the fact that these are mattes as well as shimmer and a couple of them frosts but over all I love the texture .You have a plethora of shades to pick up from, pinks , reds, plums and a baby pink too and some browns. The packaging is good but I don’t like the cap but I love the colored base to them.
The whole deal about these lippies is what I understood today, you have to apply them with a lip brush, these dont feel sticky with a lip brush, these are under control with a lip brush, shape your lips well, dont form a thick layer and dont look patchy.Apply them with a lip brush and you will notice a whole world’s difference on your lips, they even out when applied with a brush, and look so much better, with the inside of your lips not providing a stark contrast to the color on your lips 😛 with a lip brush, you are in control.
The deal with 14 hr is that these set after application. Have you tried the Loreal infallible lippies?These feel and look (the bullet) like the Loreal infallible but are half their rate.Both of them set after application and last very long. Both has the stunning pretty bullet and some marvelous shades as well.
About the 14 hr claim. I must say I am very impressed but how they stay.These lippies last you for 8 hours or so with meals and snacks and tea and everything you do with your lips the whole day long. Even better, the lipstick is NOT drying at all! This one was a real shocker as most of the long stay lipsticks are drying on me but this one, did not feel dry or heavy at all! So this one would last you 10 plus hours without heavy meals and is great for office for the same reason.

Another thing is that it has a strong citrus fruity smell, exactly like Inglot refills! I find it pleasant but just to let you know.The smell is very noticeable. Because they set, they make for an ideal base for glosses, Loreal le gloss, or say Maybelline fruity shines etc. I would to use glosses on top of these to make them last long and for a change from matte lipsticks.
When you apply them with a lip brush, you are thinning the consistency and getting better control so it does not feel sticky at all! Henceforth I will be applying these lippies with a brush only.

Wow I loved the color.. doesn’t bleed, doesn’t flake… I wanted to buy the Coral and Fuschia one from this range but I am so sad after hearing that they turn flaky and dry and fade unevenly.. I can’t tell you how badly I wanted those two colors.. I am super sad now 🙁 🙁 🙁
