My Experience with Morphe M442 Duo Fiber Buffer Brush:

I actually use a Beauty Blender for applying my foundation, but it takes some extra time for me, which is very difficult when I have a toddler sticking around me while doing my makeup. So, I was looking for a good foundation brush, and my recent purchase of a stick foundation gave me another good reason to get a brush.

The M442 Duo Fiber Buffer brush comes with a thick black handle with the number of the brush and brand name written in white fonts. The handle has a metallic top, which holds the bristles in place. The handle easier to hold and ensures optimum control and balance while applying a foundation.

This particular brush is made up of synthetic and sable hair bristles; sable is an animal just like a weasel. The bristles are very dense and they have a flat head. When I first saw the brush, I thought how will it blend my foundation as it looked so hard. But, my thought changed when I started to blend my cream foundation with this brush, it buffs and blends my foundation seamlessly and feels soft on the skin. It doesn’t look streaky and gives a very smooth finish to my base.

I really like how it works and blends everything like magic within few minutes. The brush blends the cream and liquid products like a dream but, it is not suitable for blending powder foundations. It doesn’t make my face look cakey and takes away all the extra product. The brush holds up after cleaning without any shedding, which is just great. Overall, I love this brush, it gives a streak-free flawless finish in a few minutes and will work amazingly with cream, liquid foundations and with cream contouring also.

Pros of Morphe M442 Duo Fiber Buffer Brush:

  • Soft dense bristles.
  • Synthetic and sable hair bristles.
  • Best-suited for applying cream and liquid foundations.
  • Zero shedding.
  • Gives a flawless, non-streaky finish.
  • Tapered buffered end for seamless blending.
  • Short and thick handle, comfortable to hold.
  • Affordable.
  • Time-saving tool.

Cons of Morphe M442 Duo Fiber Buffer Brush:

  • Not suitable for blending powder-based products.
