Hello IMBB Cuties,
I wanted to write this post since a long time, just was suffering from ‘Extreme Laziness Syndrome’!! 😀 This is for you Parita. Seriously IMBB is so lively, all people are so friendly, that I cant stay these days without visiting IMBB everyday. You all are my another family.
Now coming to the topic, few years back during 2006, I had gained much weight and used to look lot aged for my age due to binge eating and sedentary lifestyle. Everybody used to ask me, if my age was 28 or something when I was 20 or something? That used to be so embarrassing. So, I got determined to do something about it and I felt internal cleansing or detoxification is the best way to achieve my target.I have achieved my target to some extent. Following are some of the products that I used to achieve complete body detoxification:
1-Patanjali Aloe Vera Juice:

What the company claims: Useful in skin disorders, arthritis, constipation, acidity, cholesterol, ulcers, assist weight loss, and increase immunity
Recommended Dosage: 20ml taken with equal amount of water twice a day. The juice should be taken on an empty stomach. To be used within one month of opening.
Benefits:
1- Alow Vera juice contains some 20 of the 22 essential amino acids and almost 8 of the essential amino acids that our body cannot manufacture.
2- It also contains 8 types of enzymes, 9 minerals, 4 main plant steroids, monosaccharides, polysaccharides, Vitamins A, B, C, E, B12, and folic acid.
3- It has detoxifying properties that improves bowel regularities and increases protein absorption at the same time decreasing harmful bacteria and yeast. It also soothes heartburn and other types of digestive upset.
4- It regulates our body weight by cleansing the entire body system effectively.
5- It has anti-inflammatory properties.

My Experience:

The hyper pigmentation on my neck and nearby affected areas recovered significantly, and these changes were also noticed by all my friends and family members. I felt a great difference in my hair texture too. It kept my weight under control to a great extent. So I just can’t stay without this drink, it’s a must for me every day. Patanjali Ayurveda also claims that regular intake of aloe vera and amla juice not only balances kapha-pitta-vata doshas but also enhances one’s life span to almost 100 years free of any kind of ailments. You won’t believe but seeing the differences in me, my friends including guys of my college bought aloe vera and amla juice for them and their family members. 😀 They all have been benefited in a way or other.

4-All variants of aloe vera juice are not available every time I visit the store.
5-Sometimes, the plain aloe vera juice is priced at Rs 180 and sometimes at other outlets they are priced at Rs 200. God knows why?
6-Donot drink 25 ml of juice as instructed, it becomes quite strong for me. So I take 10 ml of amla juice and mix with 10 ml of amla juice and dilute this with 200 ml of Luke warm water.
Rating- 4.5 out of 5 for Aloe Vera Juice, 4.25 out of 5 for Amla Juice.
Overall Recommendation: Please incorporate this drink in your daily routine, you will surely be benefited.

I totally agree with taps on all accounts… :worship: These juices are like magic in a bottle…I myself have been taking these since past 3 months…n it is working…on my skin & also i dont get tired so much like before…
BTW…Taps…i think the pictures you have shown are of the old packaging..the pachaging is different now..n also it comes in variations like aloe vera juice with orange flavour & aloe vera juice with fibres….orange one is tastier :p
Well the pictures am showing actually are of plain aloe vera juice not the old ones, we get these here but these are plain ones, I liked the fibre one a lot!

Parita, you can buy aloe vera gel, mogra soap, multani mitti soap, amla candy, bel ka murabba, badam pack, badam squash, coconut oil, feet cream, tooth paste, agarbatti, detergent,spices!!

He He He 😀 I have been using it for 3 years from now dear, I forgot to add isabgol and kanti lep in the above list, I have also used that.Look kantilep has horrible smell, so add 3-4 drops of honey in 1 tablespoon of kanti lep and then use, then you wont get that smell, ok?

Tejas beauty cream fragrance is not good! but when used with foundation blends well and foundation stays well and gives no cakey appearance also! Badam pack is really good !

Nice review taps…but I also am reading some reports about how aloe vera juice can cause colorectal cancer if taken over a long period of time…now that is a really scary thought!!! Its because of the latex in the juice…now what I want to know is, is the patanjali juice free of latex?? because if it is not then I will be very skeptical about taking it.
I have recently started using patanjali amla juice after i started getting Acne ate the age of 25! God Knows why?. Can any one advice me how long it will take to show its effect on my Acne 🙁

Firstly, thank you for writing this article 🙂 i have recently started drinking the Patanjali Amla juice, and co-incidentally one of my colleagues happened to mention the benefits of drinking the combination of Aloe Vera and Amla juice. I have been taking 20 ml mixed the same quantity of water, twice a day. What should be the quantity of each when taken as a combination? Also, how long does it take for the effect to show up on skin? And does it also help with pimples and pimple marks?

Hi taps I also started aloe Vera and amla juice as per given instructions… I take 20 ml amla juice and 20 ml aloe Vera juice with water in the morning and evening both the time… but few days I felt very fresh… but now i am noticing that from 5 to 6 days I feel pain in my knees as well as my bp was also coming 137/87 this I checked it on 26th of aug before two days I felt dizziness as well and also some time( in the morning) I feel that my plus become fast and I have to go to washroom than motion comes like loose motion but it happing from 3 days and go to washroom twice a day I am not saying that have loose motion but it seems like….so pls suggest how much quantity I have to take for both the juices…
