I am an ardent fan of Sephora Collection eye makeup and this mono eye shadow in bluish purple color is just feather on its hat. My Experience with Sephora Collection Night Owl No. 93 Colorful Luster Matte Colorful Eye Shadow:
The powder eye shadow comes in small transparent, sturdy plastic tub packaging with flip top opening. I absolutely adore its mini yet sturdy, cute and travel friendly packaging.
My shade “Night Owl” is described as royal blue purple matte shade which is true to its description as it comes up as perfect blend of royal blue with muted purple tones on my eyes. Needless to say royal blue and purples are my most favorite colors as they compliment my brown eyes and pale skin tone so well! I am totally hooked onto this color as it makes my small eyes pop out with wide awakened look bringing a glam diva make over.
Talking about texture it seems finely milled silky powder which is extremely soft to touch. It provides a matte satin sheen with buildable coverage on my skin with primer. I love how it blends like dream on skin and quite versatile in formula to work light handedly for feather effect or simply layer on for more dramatic diva look. I do feel the need of applying 2-3 layers for building intensity as it seems bit sheerer in first swipe but I am fine with it as it helps me work in slow pace with my amateur makeup skills. Considering it has silky soft texture it gives absolutely seamless blending and a lovely finish with nil fall outs.
I haven’t noticed creasing issue with this formula either as it stays put nicely on my eyes for several hours with no fading and/or transferring or creasing. Moreover, we can create different intensity looks with this color as it can be used wet; I limit using it wet on lash lines for defining eyes. I am so in love with its texture and shade itself that I feel like wearing it every day; not to forget the way it compliments my eye makeup. I am also floored by its 7+ hours of wear time on my oily eye lids that too with no fading or transferring. It stays put for good 7-8 hours in current hot climate which makes it a keeper for every beauty I believe. I think I am head over heels for this shade, its silken texture and absolutely light-weight formula which give a pro like effect especially with my shaky hands. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and already bought its back up for myself. Let’s sum up pros and cons:

• It does need multiple swipes for coverage.

Well honestly I see no excuses of skipping such quality product from Sephora; it is totally worth every penny in terms of quality, formula and finish.
