Online Shopping Experience With Cilory.com
My stint with online shopping started with cosmetix.in. I was quite happy and excited about the online ordering, so I thought of trying a different site this time. I was surfing the net and by chance stumbled upon cilory.com a few months back, but at that time, it used to sell things related to sexual well being, which obviously didn’t appeal me, but a few days ago, I went back to this website and saw a new transition, it had added a whole lot of products ranging from personal well being to mother care.
Although, this site does not give the best of the discounts, still, for fun sake I ordered the following things:
1.Himalya neem scrub.
2. Himalaya neem face pack.
3. Himalaya neem face wash.
Well, all the above three things are meant for oily, acne-prone skin and have been reviewed here at IMBB.
I placed the order on 24th August at midnight, though I did not receive any mail instantly, but my bill was generated in my account at cilory.com. I received an email in the morning that my order had been processesd and payment had been accepted. I wish to add here that they do not have the option of cash on delivery. I paid my amount through net banking, but the best part is that shipping is free of cost.
I received 5 mails from them on the same day, i.e, 25th August within a few hour intervals. They even mailed me saying that the preparation for the dispatch was in progress. By evening, I had received the mail that my order had been dispatched through Aramex and I got the tracking number as well.
On the evening of August 27th, I received my package securely put in a cardboard box with double tape on all the sides. It looked like this:
I opened it curiously and found my stuff in perfect condition. There was neither any letter nor any bill inside. At the back of the cardboard box, they had put a declaration about the price of the package, that was obviously to comply with the rules of the courier company.
All in all, I am happy with my online shopping with cilory.com
What I Like About Cilory.com:
1. Prompt service, received my products within 3 days.
2. No shipping charges.
3. Discreet opaque cardboard packaging with the name of the parent company on the same to maintain privacy.
4. Mails at regular intervals intimating about the status of the product.
What I Didn’t Like About Cilory.com:
1. Discount structure is not very attractive.
2. No cash on delivery option.
3. Packaging could be improved.
Will I Repurchase From This Website?
Yes , I will, considering their customer service is very prompt and there are no shipping charges being levied even if I want to buy something smaller in value.

Its nice to know that some websites do retail in sexual well being..I think its as important as keeping one self..infact it is part of an overall well being for any individual :nerd: …I did not find their discounts too lucrative too

in last few days every day i was receiving parcel for my online shopping i did… mom said i’ll remove computer from ur room
babes even my mom scolded me, 10 days back i ordered two perfumes from 99labels worth 6000 and my mom was super duper angry on me wen the parcel arrived and i told her the worth

Even I started out with cosmetix.in and now, I can’t frigging stop buying things online :headbang:
Well, this is interesting. Cilory seems to have added COD option also. Urbantouch is great and I bought two products last weekend. But now they add 30 rupees shipping charge too, below 300 rupees purchase. That isn’t attractive.
Online shopping is awesome actually.
