So, today I am reviewing another product from the L’Oreal Paris Elvive Nutri-Gloss Luminiser range. This range works by enhancing the sheen of your hair to overcome the dull appearance; it has three products – shampoo, conditioner and gloss. After reviewing the shampoo, I am here with its lustrous gloss product – L’Oreal Paris Elvive Nutri-Gloss Luminiser Extraordinary Gloss.

My Experience with L’Oreal Paris Elvive Nutri-Gloss Luminiser Extraordinary Gloss:
This product comes in a 100 ml spunky pink glass bottle with a white plastic spray pump. The fluid is crystal clear, slightly soapy and has a waterish consistency. Initially, I felt that it has no stickiness but, when I applied to hair and brushed it, I realised that it has the tiniest tinge of gluiness to it. It’s okay as I think you may not even notice it! Well, you need to remember constantly that the bottle is made up of glass in order to avoid any breakage. It has a very subtle fragrance which may not hit your nose but it will stay for a very long time. The same scent is present in all the nutri-gloss products. The product is infused by Glycogel, a glossing polish that helps hair look illuminated.
Who does not want their hair to stay healthy, radiant and supple? Be it short or long, thin or thick, brunette or blonde that extra dollop of shine to your hair makes a difference. And here is the rescue. The advantage of this product is that you can spray this gloss either on wet hair or/and after drying it. The application is quite easy: just a couple of sprays and you are good to go. One thing is guaranteed that it gives instant shine with a lovely light feel with which you can carry on throughout the day. I have tried it both the ways: applied after shampoo and conditioner to soften hair and boost radiance, and applied after the dryer the other day for a non-greasy finish. As not many sprays are required (depends on the length of the hair too!), this will easily last 8-10 months if used 2-3 times a week (I have medium length hair).
The gloss instantly gets absorbed into the hair and it makes blow drying convenient as it relaxes the fibre of the hair. The product offers a multi-level performance and radiant looking hair is assured. It works on the entire volume of the hair and not just in bits and pieces. I am sure you will notice it, your hair will witness it and yes your friends and colleagues will spot it too. Not just once but many times I have received compliments from my co-workers and they have asked the secret of the shine! Oh yes! The product does claim that it provides 48 hours of gloss, but you know how claims work, right? Well, the product works fine for a day and you would need a quick touch-up for the day to rock on.
