Hello Ladies!!
Hope you all are doing well 🙂 Last week was packed with full of action for me. Had loads of fun at the beach with friends, got tanned as well, was suffering with fever for two days because of which I could not take care of the tan much, but now that I am fine, I am back to action again. Home made concoctions are there for rescue. What do you say? These days, I am going bonkers after these homemade beauty solutions. You must have already made this out by now and I am being hugely benefited by them. Touchwood : toothy grin: : toothy grin:
Today, I will be sharing with you a superbly moisturizing face pack which is beneficial in removing tan and will leave behind a glowing skin as well.
Ingredients:
- 4-5 tbsp warm milk.
- Two-three drops of lime juice.
- Some strands of saffron.
Procedure:
Step 1:
Take 4-5 tbsp warm milk in a bowl. (Take it down from the gas before it gets boiled).
Step 2:
Pound the saffron strands into a powder and keep it aside for later use.
Step 3:
Add two to three drops of lime juice in the warm milk. You will see that the milk has curdled a bit.
Step 4:
Add the saffron in the curdled milk and give it a mix.
Step 5:
Take the mixture in your fingers and massage it on your face and neck. (You need to do this fast before the mixture gets cold).
Step 6:
Leave it on for 5- 10 minutes and wash it off. Pat dry your face and apply a light moisturizer. You can use this face pack twice a week. With regular use,you will experience a baby soft skin in the winters as well.
The milk present in the mixture will help in moisturizing the skin and the lime juice aids in lightening tanned skin. Saffron as we all know brightens up the skin and adds a glow to your skin with regular use. We are not using curd in this case as the individual goodness of the milk and the lime juice are still intact, as the milk has not yet been completely fermented and application of this warm mixture helps in opening up the pores which makes possible a better absorption of all the ingredients.
Hope you would like this face mask just like you have appreciated the other ones 🙂 Have a great day ahead!!
