My Experience with Jovees Hydra Lip Care Honey:
Jovees Hydra Lip Care comes in an outer cardboard packaging with all the details printed on it. The lip balm itself comes in a sleek tube with a retractable mechanism. The body is light orange in color, and the retractable mechanism works fine but, the tube is slightly flimsy. However, the packaging is convenient and doesn’t take up much space.
The lip balm stick is very skinny, and I’m afraid of breaking it most of the times. I use it gently because it is so skinny. It hasn’t broken or anything as of now, though. The lip balm looks waxy and is a light yellow colored one. It has a mild honey fragrance, which I’m not fond of. I don’t like the fragrance of honey, anyway. But, it doesn’t last for long so, I’ve no complaints.
The lip balm goes on very smoothly on the lips and gives them a subtle sheen. It feels slightly waxy but not sticky. It glides super smoothly on the lips. It is slightly on the thicker side and isn’t runny. It’s a good thing as lip balms with runny consistency tend to fade away quickly.
The lip balm moisturizes my lips instantly and keeps them hydrated for 5-6 hours. I don’t have to reapply it over and over again. I use this at night and wake up with soft lips. My lips are dry 24×7 so, I tend to use lip balms a lot. This doesn’t provide any color to the lips at all. It just provides a healthy sheen to the lips.
