Product Description:
The Matte Liquid Lipstick has high intensity pigment for an instant bold matte lip. The extremely long wearing lipstick contains moisturizing ingredients for a comfortable, emollient and silky feel that does not dry your lips out.

My Experience with Kylie Cosmetics Matte Liquid Lipstick Mary Jo K:

Packaging: Kylie liquid lipsticks come in a tube with transparent font cutout from where you can see the colour. The name of the shade is printed on the bottom of the tube and the applicator is a standard doe-foot applicator.

Texture: I am not a huge fan of Kylie’s liquid lipstick because, I felt they were very drying on my lips, but after kylie reformulated her lipsticks, they are much more comfortable on the lips.

The shade “Mary Jo K” is a beautiful red shade with red undertones which would suit any skin tone and is perfect for bold statement lip. The consistency of liquid lipstick is quite thin and pigmented. You need a single swipe to achieve full coverage. I felt that the formula of this was improved and the lipstick didn’t settle into the fine lines of my lips. This shade was not at all patchy.

Kylie lipsticks smells like cake batter, every time I smell this I feel like eating this. It takes less than a minute for the lipstick to dry down completely matte and has a slight tackiness to it, but is definitely transfer proof once it is fully dry. I wouldn’t say that these were not drying at all and I still need to add a little lip balm underneath before I apply. They get stuck on to the dry patches of my lips, so you have to scrub your lips before applying this.
