Hello all!
I missed writing on IMBB. I decided to start writing again because I had already received requests from Neha Di to continue writing; and I didn’t want to disappoint her. đ I have been busy with my Ph.D interviews and hence, I was procrastinating. Anyway, here I am with this review about Lotus Herbals Whiteglow Intensive Skin Whitening and Brightening Serum plus Moisturiser.

My Experience with Lotus Herbals Whiteglow Intensive Skin Whitening and Brightening Serum plus Moisturiser:
I have a very sensitive skin. Therefore, I avoid anything new in my skincare. This product was an impulse buy because I had never used a serum before and wanted to try something affordable. I happened to buy this in winters, since I was looking for something that could moisturise as well.
Packaging: It comes in a white carton with all the information about the product. Housed inside is a classy glass bottle with a pump. The pump is really good according to me. It dispenses the right amount of product. The glass bottle is a con if you are clumsy, like me. I tend to drop everything. The pump canât be locked. So, this bottle is not really travel friendly.
Texture: It looks exactly how a serum should. It is translucent and not very runny. It blends really well. It gives a dewy finish. It acts as a good base for makeup. It evens out pores a bit.
Fragrance: The thing that disappointed me about this Lotus Herbals Whiteglow Intensive Skin Whitening and Brightening Serum plus Moisturiser is that it has a weird and strong fragrance. I like my products with no smell and this one is so overwhelming.
This definitely doesn’t moisturise. I did not see any brightening effect in 7 days. I might try it in summer again to see how my skin reacts to it, since this is definitely not for winters; even if you have combination skin. I also felt it stings a bit when you apply it.
