NYX Eyeshadow Base comes in three different colors: White Pearl, White and Skin Tone. I’m going to be reviewing the white eyeshadow base.
The white eyeshadow base is a lot like the NYX Jumbo pencil in the shade “Milk.” It is less creamy than the jumbo pencil and creases comparatively less. It is not too thick and has a smooth application. The main idea of a white eyeshadow base is to make bright colors ‘pop’ even more than they would on a skin tone eyeshadow base. Since it comes in a tiny pot, you might need to use a brush as using your finger might just get bacteria into it causing breakouts, eeks. If you don’t have a brush, keep a hand sanitiser handy.
Now, about the fragrance. This eyeshadow base smells like baby talcum powder, which might be a little problem for some of you out there. Personally, I quiet like it, although, I usually prefer eyeshadow bases that are perfume free.
Overall, I love this eyeshadow base because it makes all my funky eyeshadows look brighter, really good quantity for the price and you just need to use a tiny bit of it for an entire eyelid, that way you can use it for a good 2 years.
Rs. 625 for 7 g.
