Pond’s Clear Balance Deep Cleansing Foam Review

Pond’s Clear Balance Deep Cleansing Foam Review

Okay having reviewed the Pond’s spot-less cleansing foam, this is a review on behalf of my friend who picked this facial foam.
My friend suffers from a blackhead problem on her nose and she would try anything everything in the market to get rid of that.
Black heads look really ugly and I don’t blame her.

My take:
Skin type: oily.
Pond’s has launched 4 facial foams along with this one recently.
My friend and I picked up one each suiting our needs about a week ago.

I have already reviewed mine which was spot-less whitening one and now this.

According to her, this did nothing for her existing blackheads. This just cleaned her face and took out all oil and dirt from it but did not clear the existing blackheads.

Using it over a week she did say she has so seen no further blackheads form on her nose but that is because this face wash strips her face off of all oil and leaves nil residues.

Ponds no blackheads deep cleansing foam

Pond’s and its products are a star in south Asia which includes India but these new launches are totally not apt for use in winters even for oily skin lovelies.

Pros of Pond’s no blackheads deep cleansing foam with volcanic clay:

• Cleans face nicely. Very nicely.
• Prevent formation of future blackheads. Leaves no residue.
• Pleasant smell.
• Easily available.
• Cheap for rs 65.
• Silky texture.
• Pond’s pleasant smell.
• Can be used by oily and normal skinned ladies not more than once a day as this is extremely drying.
• The oil does not return until 4 hours.
• In all a good oil controlling face wash with pleasant smell.

Cons of Pond’s no blackheads deep cleansing foam with volcanic clay:
• Does not remove existing blackheads.
• Does contain no granules, like any other scrub to scrub off the blackheads present.
• It is a drying face wash.
• Not for dry skinned ladies. Pond’s could have made better face washes.

Rating of 3 on 5.try just because its cheap and controls oil.

  1. good review. thank you. when i read volcanic clay, my eyes did open wide but since it’s too drying, not for me. :thanks:

  2. i usually find all the ponds face washes a bit too drying..even for my oily combination skin…good review fg!! :waytogo: :waytogo: :waytogo: :waytogo: :waytogo:

  3. i have tried somany products but i still have so many blackheads…….. :waaa: :waaa: :waaa: :waaa: :waaa: :waaa: ……………… smbody help out me fr this :waaa: :waaa: :waaa: :waaa:

  4. I have a few blackheads on my chin despite dry skin and got so excited to see this face wash. Now it seems like a total fail. If it strips the face of all oils, it’ll make mine look like a dried loofah. 😐

  5. varsha I would not be aware of that. sometimes the packaging changes acc to regions as well.

I personally like to scrub 2-3 times a week nt more than that since i have dry skin. You may do it depending on what skin type you have. Over scrubbing may not help. 🙂
