My Experience with Revlon Age Defying with DNA Advantage Cream Makeup:

Packaging: Revlon Age Defying with DNA Advantage Cream Makeup comes in a square shaped glass bottle, which is a palm-sized one. It has a red cap which probably is the ‘Age Defying’ range colour. It looks very cute and stylish with a swirly pattern. The bottle is a see-through one, and we can easily see the quantity available and can also distinguish between the shades. It comes with a pump dispenser, which dispenses minimal quantity. It is not that big in size so, it can be easily carried around as well. The price is too high for a product from Revlon because the other drugstore brands have cheaper foundations with good performance.

Shade, consistency and feel on the skin: The shade that I picked up is, “Fresh Ivory”. The shade is suitable for fair skinned beauties but, my skin has tanned a bit and, the shade was a little light for my skin still, I can totally use it as it did not look that bad. Revlon has so many shades in this range and, I am sure everyone will find a close match. The consistency appears to be pretty thick for summers. It is creamy and smooth but, I would have liked a little thinner consistency as this is too heavy on the skin. It goes smooth on the skin but, the application part is okay. Also, it has a weird smell, which resembles a typical foundation smell that was retailed in the 90’s. It feels heavy on the skin and, I constantly get a feeling that there is something heavy on my face.

Results: The foundation makes my face look bright but, it looks very artificial. It does not give a naturally flawless finish at all. The coverage is medium and, it conceals all the minor imperfections and redness but not completely. It has some shimmer particles, which are supposed to give a glow but, they look really bad on the skin. They look really cheap and artificial. Also, the foundation clings onto dry patches and looks stark on the skin as well. I did not like the way it looked on my skin. My face looked loaded with makeup, which was certainly not expected.

Will I Repurchase/Recommend Revlon Age Defying with DNA Advantage Cream Makeup?
No, not at all. This is too expensive and it delivers nothing great. And, I have used so many better foundations and, this is certainly not worth the money.

Conclusion: One more disappointing product from Revlon! 
