I had been using Revlon ColorStay lip color before, but when the 6 new shades were added to the collection, I had to pick something new and Enduring Iris was the best choice. This shade is a beautiful blend of pink and mauve with a nice shimmer to it, a shade that instantly peps you up! It’s a very comfortable everyday wearable shade. Now, let me just sum it up for you:

  • If you are looking for a lip color that is everlasting, then this is it; perfect for the ones who don’t have time for touch-ups during the day.
  • Texture is extremely light, although feels a little sticky initially, but once it is set, you are done for at least 12 hours, maybe more but my day is usually this long, so I remove it in around 12 hours.
  • Staying power increases drastically after applying the top coat of clear gloss.
  • It doesn’t fade, run or transfers. Color does not even flake.
  • Cute and travel-friendly packaging.

What I Don’t Like About Revlon ColorStay Overtime Lipcolor Enduring Iris 420:

• It’s a big task to remove it, I use baby oil.
• Might not work well for gals with dry lips.
• You have to wait a little bit for the color to dry before applying the top gloss coat.
• Little pricey if you are getting it from India.

  1. Pretty shade,Shilpi! Neither here nor there. :dumb:
Everyone is getting one of these lovelies. :stars: I should get one too. O:)

  2. This was one of the first lipstick/gloss that I bought when I was starting out with make up, but in a different shade. But I just couldn’t make it work. It got sticky as hell and clumped up horribly on my dry lips. And I’ve never bothered with long stay lip colours ever since but seeing these positive reviews I’m getting tempted to try these again. Maybe I’ll have better luck this time!

    1. hey feels sticky initially, but i let the first coat dry, meanwhile i put my kajal and mascara, then i apply the top coat, that ways it works for me…why don’t u give it a try once more…

  3. Right now my favourite transfer resist lip creams are the NYX ones. They are like magic. They dry down to a matte finish but don’t dry the lips. After drying they look like velvet on the lips. Awesome. Rati had done reviews for 2 shades of those if I’m correct. Love them. :pompom: :pompom:

  4. i too have this one but in a different shade…n i also experience the same problem as the purple spirit….eventually i stopped using this…. :yuck:

  5. Nice review. Shipli.. and loved teh colour soo much.. I didnt own any of these..and i ant one now… :waaa: :waaa: :waaa: .. Their staying power is amazing.. :woot:
