Today, I will be reviewing another Korean product called Tony Moly Egg Pore silky Smooth Balm. Recently, I came to know about some Korean skincare regimen and their products. It’s hard to resist buying them. I have troubled, sensitive, slightly, pigmented skin with medium sized pores on the cheeks. It will look bad if I go bare face anywhere.
I have done many things to hide my pores. I have tried all types of make up products to conceal them. While those make up items are quite good in hiding those pores, I wanted something which could really shrink the pores without makeup. Sometimes, Korean skin care works as makeup and skin care, likewise with this product, this hides and shrinks pores.
The TonyMoly silky smooth balm claims to closes pores and keeps Makeup Matt for long time!
Price: Around 15$-16$ for 20 ml (only one size) Price vary on offers!
The egg looks big, but you get only one-third of the quantity inside actually.
It’s a hard yet smooth white-colored paste. You will need only very less quantity to cover the cheeks and nose area, so no need to worry about the size of the box. It’s all about blending the product perfectly.
My take on Tony Moly Egg Pore Silky Smooth Balm:
As already said, I have medium-sized pores on cheeks. I have to apply something to hide those always. After the cleaning process, I usually apply the egg pore smooth balm on the cheeks. It’s a thick paste which is little hard to blend. Double-check that you spread the product on the whole area, as it leaves behind a white patch if not blended well!. To be honest, I was disappointed because there was no noticeable difference in the coverage. After two months of using this smooth balm as a primer beneath my BB cream or compact, I suddenly noticed my pores looked small and shrunk. I squealed in happiness. I continued usage and realized that the pores looked smaller and I could actually live without having to conceal them with makeup. My cheeks looked radiant too.
I can not venture out without makeup to hide pores, even my family and friends have noticed this change. I realized that shrinking pores is better than hiding them with makeup.
Pros of Tony Moly Egg Pore Silky Smooth Balm:
• Really, really shrunk the pores.
• Lends some radiance to the cheeks.
• It works like a skincare product too
• Travel-friendly container.
Cons of Tony Moly Egg Pore Silky Smooth Balm:
• Obviously – packaging; very little product – but still worth the money.
• Does its job as a primer up to 40%. Make up will last up to 3 hours with this primer beneath.
• You need patience to see the results.
• It attracts dust easily so keep the lid on always.
I don’t think anyone would get allergic reactions after using this product. It depends on individuals so I recommend you do a patch-test.
Would I Recommend Tony Moly Egg Pore Silky Smooth Balm?
Sure, I would recommend this happily to ladies who are troubled with pores and I suggest you to be patient to see the results.
