My Experience with VLCC Matte Look Depigmentation Sun Screen Gel Crème SPF 30 PA+++:
I have tried tons of sunscreens available in the market. But sadly, I found most of them to be too heavy on my skin. Some made my face terribly oily and some others were just ok. So, I am always in search of a good sunscreen. I picked up this particular sunscreen from the range because of the matte look claim and it’s SPF 30. VLCC Matte Look Depigmentation sun screen Gel Crème SPF 30 PA+++ comes in a bright yellow tube packaging with orange flip cap. The packaging is quite simple and sturdy. The flip open cap shuts tight and thus it is travel-friendly.
The first thing that I liked about this product is its smell. It has a mild herbal fragrance. Not at all overpowering, very pleasant and refreshing, gives perfect summery feel and lingers for 2-3 hours after application.
The product is a tinted gel crème which is not too thick and has just perfect consistency. It looks like a BB cream but provides a very sheer coverage. It spreads effortlessly and takes 1-2 minutes to get absorbed completely. It feels very lightweight. It does not make the skin look or feel sticky, greasy or oily, even if more than the required amount is applied, which is a great plus point in these hot summer days. Once it is absorbed, it leaves face supple and oil-free and prevents excess sweating too. I don’t have to spend much time in the sun normally. So, SPF 30 PA+++ just gets the job done for me. But ladies, who stay out for a longer period of time may find this SPF rating low to stay protected.
For the depigmentation part, I don’t think a sunscreen alone can reduce pigmentation of the skin. But yes, it will definitely help in controlling pigmentation of skin due to sun rays. I am quite impressed with the matte effect and amazing fragrance of VLCC Matte Look Depigmentation sun screen Gel Crème SPF 30 PA+++. Is a must-have for my summer kit.
