Hi to all imbbians,

This is really getting chilly in Kolkata with every passing day which is an novelty here. And my love for lipsticks is also going strong and so I will review a brown from my collection. Though I am not a brown person when it comes to lipsticks but after seeing the swathes of Rashmita I could not control myself from getting a brown. This lipstick is my first buy from Coloressence.

Price: Rs. 125 for 4g

Shelf life: 3 years

Ingredients: almond oil, vitamin E. 100% vegetarian. No animal ingredients

What the product claims:

• A unique combination of coriander and basil extract.
• This lip colour nourishes, protects, and is hypoallergenic.
• Voluminize the lips.

My experience with Coloressence Mesmerising Lip Color Nude Brown:

The packaging of the product is sturdy and classic. And the packaging is travel friendly as well, because it closes with a click sound The lipstick comes in a black tube but the shade cannot be identified seeing the outer cover but the shade name and number is written at the back of the lipstick. Though I wanted to try brown but this is not my kind of brown I think or maybe brown doesn’t suit me. But this is a perfect nude for my mother and she simply loved it. The texture of the lipstick is not creamy rather close to the matte ones. The staying power is great compared to the price, stays for 4 to 6 hours and fades off leaving behind an even tint. The pigmentation is also good one swipe is enough and hides pigmented lips well but I love to swipe my lipsticks more than once. The smell is also nice. I just love the smell. This lipstick needs a lip balm beneath it that’s the only con I can find.
