Avon SuperMagnify Mascara Review

It’s been nearly 3 months since I have used this mascara and all I can say is that I absolutely love this!!! This was recently launched by Avon and I got it instantly since it was been sold pretty cheap then, plus I was over with my then Rimmel Extra Super Lash Waterproof Mascara so all the more reason to try it. Mainly what really made me get this is that it’s brush is extremely small and shaped differently compared to others, somewhere closer to the Maybelline Waterproof Volum’ Express Cat Eyes Mascara which Ida reviews the other day but not exactly the same.

My experience with Avon SuperMagnify Mascara

I have been using it daily since day one when I got it. I wanted to try it as I find it very difficult to reach to my lower and inner lashes with normal conical ended mascara brush. But this did the trick. I could actually achieve fuller magnified lashes on my upper lashes and lower lashes. I was literally jumping up and down when I saw that this mascara applicator reaches all my lashes and does not leave any of them. I even discovered some inner super tiny lashes using this mascara which I never knew I had since they are not really visible 😛

The only thing about this mascara which would disappoint anyone is that it’s not waterproof. Howver, I am fine with it, as I think waterproof mascaras tend to harden the lashes making it look rather fake than natural. So, on a day to day basis I am fine using this even though it’s not waterproof as I don’t really opt to achieve a dramatic look every day.

What I like about Avon SuperMagnify Mascara?

• The mascara wand :heart: :heart: :heart:
• The 5 to 1 Bristle Lash Ratio definitely works which separates every lash.
• Lives upto its claims of not leaving any lash behind.
• Does not clump at all
• Very easy to remove since its non-waterproof. I don’t require to tug or pull much to get the mascara off my lashes.
• It really did lengthen my lashes giving it a nice curve

What I don’t like about Avon SuperMagnify Mascara?

• It’s not waterproof.
• It’s extremely drying. You will need to dip the wand inside again and again.
• I don’t think the formula is anything unique just that the wand makes a particular difference.
