My Take on Chambor Truly Lasting Lipstick – Truly Strawberry:
There is nothing new about the packing. It comes in a sleek, dark blue case. The shade “Truly Strawberry” is pink with peach undertones, making it a very subtle color for everyday wear. This shade will look better on fairer and warmer skin tones. The texture is super creamy and glides extremely smooth on the lips. Once applied, I could feel a cooling/tingling sensation, sort of minty. (Read the product description on the pack, though that’s not mentioned on the website). This “Truly Lasting” lipstick is really hydrating and moisturising and perfect for dry lips. There is no shimmer in this lipstick, but it looks naturally beautiful on lips with a mild glossy finish.
It does not settle into fine lines, but transfers to cups/glasses. Now, to speak about the staying power, it does not last truly long. It stays for 4-5 hours and starts fading out evenly, leaving a hint of the shade on your lips. This I observed from morning 7 to 11, which includes breakfast and tea.
The color pigmentation is just average. A single swipe will not be good enough for pigmented lips. Lastly the smell, its mild and delicate, not heavy. I could not really explain how it smells! Sometimes, it reminds me of some candy, sometimes of the “agarbati” and my friend said it smells of some antique thing. So, I will leave it you people to decide what it exactly smells like, but the smell does not last for more than 10 minutes.

- Utterly-butterly creamy texture.

- Shea butter, Vitamin A, E and SPF15.
Cons of Chambor Truly Lasting Lipstick – Truly Strawberry:

- A little pricey.
Yes, if you are looking for some moisturising lipstick.
Overall, this is a well-formulated lipstick with hydrating, moisturising qualities. So, it is going to be a hit among dried lip girls. Two or three swipes will give a glossy finish and really luscious lips, but I would not repurchase it for 2 reasons, the first being that I am more of a matte lipstick girl and the second reason is that 625 INR for just 1.9 grams is a little over priced.
