How’s everyone? Me, I am still adjusting to the time here in our new place. Asia is like 12 hours behind Canada so I tend to be sleeping in the morning here and awake the whole night. It’s been a week and so far, little by little, my body clock is trying to keep me awake during the day here. 😀
As a part of my migration, I leave behind some of my favorite toiletries back home and I feel excited to try what I can find here in our new place. I’ve been to a mini haul a week ago and got some few items to try. One of which is this Dove Nutritive Solutions Cool Moisture Conditioner which I find good to use on hot days. Let me share with you my experience with it.

My Take on Dove Nutritive Solutions Cool Moisture Conditioner:
I got a big 355ml bottle of Dove Nutritive Solutions Cool Moisture Conditioner a week ago and it costs around $5 here. I chose this since summer here is in full swing. The sun is so hot here but the wind kind of neutralized the heat. With that people tend to stay longer under the sun not to feel cold. That’s the tendency for me too. If I stay under the shade, I shiver. With that, I feel like using something really summer perfect, so refreshing and something that will really condition my dry hair.
Dove Nutritive Solutions Cool Moisture Conditioner comes in Cucumber and Green Tea scent which really captures my heart. I find it fitting for summers. I love mild herbal scent and a mix of those two is love. I love that it smells fresh and not sweet at all. The scent lingers on my hair for the whole day when I just stayed indoors. But when I went out, the scent tends to wear off in 4 hours max.
The conditioner itself is white in color and it has creamy consistency that is easy to spread unto hair. It is easy to rinse as well. I love that it does not leave residue on my scalp and it kept me dandruff free for a week long of use. It does not irritate my scalp and does not weigh my hair down. I also noticed very few hair falls which I usually experience so that’s just okay with me.
The weather here, cold wind plus scorching hot sun is a good combo to damage hair. So far, Dove Nutritive Solutions Cool Moisture Conditioner was able to keep my hair soft, smooth and manageable. It made it to my high hopes to find a good conditioner that will work for me. These thumbs ups make me want to use it over and over.
What I Like- Dove Nutritive Solutions Cool Moisture Conditioner:
-I love the cucumber and green tea scent.
-The scent lasts the whole day when indoors.
-Does not irritate scalp.
-Kept dryness at bay. It kept hair soft, smooth and manageable.
-Works well on drying weather.
-Less hair fall. No dandruff.
-No parabens.
-Affordable for $5 for the big bottle.
What I Don’t Like- Dove Nutritive Solutions Cool Moisture Conditioner:
-I hope the scent stays a little longer when outdoors.
-Availability of this variant. I think I do not find this in my old place.
