The weekend has already ended! Saturday comes with long lists of TO-DO, TO-REMIND, TO-MARK, TO-SCHEDULE, which isn’t very pretty and relaxing! So I just woke up, and got to get some reviews up on the website! Today I am reviewing body conditioner, kind of body lotion, the Dove Visible Effect Nourishing Body Lotion. So let’s get started!

My Thoughts On The Dove Visible Effect Nourishing Body Lotion :
We all tend to ignore our body skin, and it is a fact! We tend to take for granted and most of our skin care shopping is directed towards our face skin care, or at the most the hands! The BODY is always ignored! I have been constantly being nudged by my mother to take care of my SKIN as a whole, be it the body, the face, the back or the feet! She is particular with skin care since she has faced a lot of skin problems in her youth and she doesn’t want me to go through the same! Hence my experiments with scrubs, shower gels, body lotions, body butters and anything and everything relation to skin, never seem to be ending. I have been using the Dove Visible Effect Nourishing Body Lotion for a little more than a month now. The “visible effect” mention of the bottle intrigued me to test this one for reaching all the 3 layers of the skin! So here’s what I found out!

Texture :
Dove Visible Effect Nourishing Body Lotion has a thick hair conditioner like texture! My L’occitane Shea Butter Hair Conditioner has the same texture as this one, THICK!!

What’s to LOVE about the Dove Visible Effect Nourishing Body Lotion :

• The price and the quantity.  250ml is humungous, will last you about 3 months. I am using it sonce 1 and half month and it has just gone down with half of 1/4th quantity! And I use it every day after shower!! So beat it!
• Very little of the product is enough!
• The packaging is mess free and convenient!
• The scent! It has this refreshing and invigorating floral yet fresh scent!!
• The scent lingers around for like 3-4 hours of shower! PRETTY good I’d say!
• The texture is thick, yet melts into the skin without any additional efforts or time.
• SUPER hydrating!
• Keeps my skin moisturized for a good period!
• Doesn’t make my skin appear greasy.
• Isn’t heavy!
• Makes my skin soft and supple
• Ideal for all skin types!
• With the summers approaching, I feel it is great as an everyday moisturizer.

What’s to HATE about the Dove Visible Effect Nourishing Body Lotion :

I don’t really see any CON for the product!

Final Verdict :
It is a pretty decent body lotion. I LOVE how it functions as a body lotion. It is affordable and highly moisturizing. Great for everyday use and totally RECOMMENDED!!
