My Experience with Dr. Jart+ Cicapair Tiger Grass Color Correcting Treatment SPF 30:
Packaging: Cicapair comes housed in a green glass jar with a screw-up tin lid. The name of the brand and product is printed on the front, and the rest of the details are printed on the back of the jar.
Dr. Jart+ Cicapair claims to reduce redness, even out skin tones, dry out acne and give protection from the sun.
I have been using this cream alone, and also under the foundation. I really like this product. It is easy to blend and apply while giving a little coverage. At first, I thought that it will look dark on me and I would have to top it up with a foundation, but with my fair-medium skin tone, I feel that it just melted into my skin and didn’t look awkward or weird. I prefer applying it with fingers. It reduces redness on my cheeks and chin while correcting a few acne scars. This makes my skin look a lot better.
Using it alone does dry out my skin a bit, so I like to mix it with some moisturizer and then I apply it. For me, using the combo of Cicapair and moisturizer gives me enough coverage that I can wear it every day. Since it has a tint to it, it also works perfectly under the foundation. It doesn’t feel heavy or tacky on the skin while making the skin look even out. Using it almost regularly, I did notice that my acne did dry out but my scars didn’t. With my sensitive skin, I didn’t notice any irritation caused by this product.
