Today’s review is all about Kiko Milano Smart Eye Pencils in the shades – #804 Mauve and #813 Aquamarine. These pencils were on sale and I couldn’t resist myself to pick a few shades. So, let’s get started.

My Experience with Kiko Milano Smart Eye Pencils – #804 Mauve and #813 Aquamarine:
Kiko Milano is a European brand, which has recently hit the Indian market. It is very much affordable and it’s really a bonus if they are on sale. So, I bought these two eye pencils along with a couple of liquid eyeliners.
Packaging: These pencils come in the standard sharpenable pencil forms and they are easy to carry around. I wish they were in retractable form; I would have used them way more frequently.
Shades: #813 Aquamarine is a nice sky blue colour and it’s completely matte. The pencil has an amazing pigmentation that a single swipe provides a rich colour payoff!
#804 Mauve shade isn’t that pigmented and it provides a slight sheer finish to my eyes and lips. This pencil has slight shimmery particles in it ( I used this one as a lip pencil too).
Formulation: These eye pencils have the same formulation as their lip pencils, just that the shades are different. The texture of these eye pencils is creamy and it glides pretty smoothly on the lips as well as on the eyes (I used one shade on my lips too!).
Pigmentation: I wasn’t really happy with the pigmentation of these pencils, as one of the shades Aquamarine is very nicely pigmented but, the shade Mauve is disappointing. It is hardly visible either on my hands or eyes or even on my lips.
Staying Power: The staying power of these pencils is not over the top; it fades away very easily when used on lips and smudges with just one swipe on the eyes. So, I used it on my black matte liquid liner and it stayed a little longer, but otherwise, it didn’t.

- Poor pigmentation (Mauve one).
- Requires sharpening.

Will I Recommend/Repurchase Kiko Milano Smart Eye Pencils – #804 Mauve and #813 Aquamarine?
It was completely an impulse purchase and I wouldn’t really recommend these eye pencils. But, if you are okay with the sharpening and do not mind about longer staying power, it can be a good deal for the price they come.
