Intensive Hair Treatment for Hair Re-growth: DIY

Hello Everybody!!

Today’s DIY is very important and useful. I am sure it would help many of the worried people like me who are facing severe hair loss. This treatment helps in reducing hair loss and provides enough nourishment to your hair by moisturising the scalp. This recipe includes three types of oils and all of them are best for hair-regrowth and preventing hair loss. Let us see what all you would need to make this magical potion.

Things you will need:

• Evening Primrose Oil
• Olive Oil
• Castor Oil

A bit about the ingredients:

Evening Primrose Oil: Never heard of this oil?? Evening primrose is an herbal supplement that continues high levels of fatty acids. This herb can be used to help hair regrow after it has fallen out and prevent further loss in both men and women. Chemical use, pollution, and UV rays can have a negative effect on hair growth, but this herb can help. It contains GLA, a fatty acid that is essential for strong hair. Studies have shown that people who apply this herb on the scalp regularly have heightened the density of hair and lowered the amount of hair that falls out. The fatty acids stimulate new growth and strengthen hair follicles. The omega 6 found in this oil boosts the pace at which hair grows as well.

Olive Oil: We all are aware of the goodness of olive oil. It is not less known. Olive oil is a fantastic conditioner for hair. Olive oil also contains anti-inflammatory properties that promote scalp health and prevent dandruff. Extra virgin oil is also rich in high levels of mono-unsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E, an antioxidant important for hair growth.

Castor Oil: When it comes to recovering from hair loss and stimulating growth, castor oil may very well be awarded “magic potion” status. Castor oil is known to heal follicle damage that may occur due to improper weave application, tight cornrows, high tension braids etc. It also stimulates healthy follicles resulting in faster growth. Its anti-fungal, anti-bacterial properties help maintain a healthy scalp which again is necessary for optimal hair growth.

Procedure (For one time use):

• Take two capsules of Evening Primrose Oil and cut them form the top. Now pour the oil in a clean bowl. The Evening primrose oil comes in soft gel capsules and has gorgeous golden color.
• Now to this oil add 1 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of castor oil and mix well.

• First apply this oil directly to the scalp and massage well for 10 minutes. It shows best results if you steam the hair after applying oil. This will help oil to seep in.
• Use this oil two times in a week to see effective results. I have personally seen good results and recommend this to everybody.

Please Note: Do not heat this oil. Evening Primrose Seed oil is not to be heated. That is why I recommend steaming/ hot towel treatment for better results.
