This is a black sharpenable eye pencil. It is very creamy and soft when applied on skin . The color is medium black. I can’t comment much on the staying power at this stage. Will let you know during the review.
It does not say whether it is ophthalmologist tested or not. Nor does it say that it is waterline safe. So it is best used on the lash lines than on the inside of the eye. You can however smudge it and do soft smokey eyes with it.
So far, price and the glide on ability looks good. The full list pof ingredients is given and one of the top ingredient listed is castor oil. So that’s nice.

125 is super reasonable , even if it smudges doesnt matter, best for smoky eyes ! :thumbsup:

They never announced this liner…. surprise surprise…..but i guess the collesel one works marv…. it really last more than 6 hrs for me without smudging…. but this definatwlly looks darker

anyone has idea about staying power of revlon colorstay one stroke defining black pencil?..
yes…..it stays for a good 6 hrs atleast…..though there have been cases where it stings on the waterline and stays for around 4 hrs. but the pigmentation is very good, true to its word of one stroke.
Oh yea the color payoff is amazing n also the staying power plus it’s absolute waterproof BUT….It STINGS like hell as if I’d go blind..its horrible for the waterline also good for the lid area but since its way too creamy you cant achieve a thin liner look…n it still stings lil even when applied on the eyelid..I saw Faces eyeliner pencil recently and it is amazing for the cost..around Rs.250
