Take ½ cup of Epsom salt and add ½ cup of low-fat milk to it. Mix both the ingredients together. Now, add 1/4th cup of rose petals and 10-15 drops of rose essential oil. Mix all the ingredients well. You can also add lemon essential oil for refreshment. Store this in a jar to get good results.
How to use: Take some bath salt and scrub your body gently. Also, add ½ spoon of salt to the water and take bath with this water.
4. Oatmeal Bath Salt:
Oatmeal bath salt is extremely beneficial for those who have dry and itchy skin. Take 2 cups of Epsom salt and add 1 cup of sea salt to it. Mix both the ingredients together. Now, add 2 cups of oatmeal to the salt and add 2-3 drops of any essential oil of your choice. Mix all the ingredients together. Make sure there are no clumps in the bath salt. Store the salt in a cool, dry place.
How to use: Add oatmeal bath salt to warm running water and soak in for some time.
5. Lavender Bath Salt:
Lavender bath salt is excellent to be used for all skin types and also helps to reduce stress and body ache in a person. When it comes to having a relaxing bath, using lavender bath salt is the best choice. Take one cup of Epsom salt and add 10-15 drops of lavender essential oil. Now, take one spoon of dried lavender flowers and add it to the bath. Store the bath salt in an airtight container.
