Today, I am going to review an eye definer from the brand, The Body Shop. I ordered a few items from The Body Shop, some time back. This eye definer was a part of that order. Strangely, everything was nicely packed, except this eye shadow and an eye definer that I ordered. Obviously, it was damaged. I wrote a mail to The Body Shop, regarding the damaged product and I am highly impressed with their service. They sent a new pack of eyeshadow and an eye definer. They did not ask me for any proof nor did they tell me to exchange it in store or courier it back to them. Now, this is what I call a good customer service. Read the review to know the details.

My Experience with The Body Shop Smoky Eye Definer Pencil – Navy Blue:
Packaging: There is a smudge applicator at one end of the pencil and definer at the other end. There is a cap to cover at both the ends. The pencil is sturdy and the cover is tight. It won’t come off easily.
Shade: The shade Navy Blue is nowhere close to blue. It’s actually black. The pencil, in my opinion, is useless and a waste of money for me. I have to pull and tug my eyes to use it. I tried every possible way to use it but, all my efforts failed.
I tried heating the tip, use the pencil on my upper lash line then on the waterline and it is a complete waste. The sponge applicator is too hard and it is painful to use. Overall, I am highly disappointed with this product.
