First of all, let me start by saying what a huge fan I am of IMBB. Its part of my daily routine to go through the IMBB blog at least once a day. My name is Melissa and i have just moved to Pune a couple of weeks back. I have a serious problem and I need your help girls. I have wheatish complexion with clear skin however the region around my mouth and my neck is very dark compared to the rest of my face which makes my skin look very dull and tired. I want to know a good dermatologist in Pune. It would be a great help if people in Pune could tell me about any dermatologist who could help me with this situation. I also want to get microdermabrasion done. Also, if you guys could give me some home remedies and tips that would help me with my problem, that would really be helpful.

I am too a Puneite… Just a concern… have you checked your thyroid level… the blackening of skin around neck and mouth is one of the symptoms… However, there might be several other reasons too…
I have heard Ashok Parekh is good.. he has his clinic on Tilak Road… and yes you can visit Apollo hospital too..
