Girl About Town is a cool toned blue based hot pink lipstick. It is possibly one of my favourite shade of bright pink in lipsticks.
The shade is such that adds freshness and life to the dull looking face. You can wear it as a stain or a full on bright pop of color, it always adds its charm. And staying power : 6-7 hours. It does not go even after eating full meals and fades evenly.
The lipstick has a creamy finish, does not settle in fine lines, does not smear, and you don’at need a lip liner underneath it necessarily.
It also does not dry the lips and is completely opaque.
If there is just one bright pink lipstick that you would probably want to have in your collection, do check out Girl about Town. it adds so much life to the face. 🙂 This is pretty close to the Estee Lauder Pure Color Lipstick Raspberry . GBT is more cool toned than Raspberry

preetha, glad. actually girl about town is the kind of shade that your eyes have to get used to. If you wear a lot of nudes and light shades, GBT may look like lots of color on lips. But once you start wearing bright colors, you love them. 🙂 It should suit because NC 35 and NC 40 does not have a huge shade variation. Do take a friend along with you and take her feedback as well. 🙂

honestly I toh can never carry such bright shades :nababana: i am not so comfortable with it..usually prefer nude shades only :)) but i guess this shade will suit well for fair skinned gals and if you are comfortable with bright red you can def check this one out…rest i will leave our expert Rati to ans 🙂
