Hello to all the beautiful ladies here,
This is my first review here. Though I did get associated with IMBB a while ago when I took part in the One Lakh Fashion Contest, but had to withdraw after the first entry due to some personal issue (mine was the first entry 😀). Coming to the review, Clinique store at Palladium Mall in Mumbai would always attract my attention and I did step into the store once to get the skin analysis done, but to be honest, they would recommend a number of products together which would make me quiver thinking about the final bill amount. So, I used to step out of the store with a smile.
Okay, having lived in Mumbai all my life and knowing the importance of moisturizer too, I was always on the lookout for the perfect moisturizer, i.e., a non-sticky one, think of the humidity here. I tried so many, but none managed to impress me.
So, finally one day, I decided I would try out a moisturizer from a high-end brand like Clinique and headed straight to Palladium. After the analysis, this one was recommended.
Around Rs. 2850 for 125 ml. (My reaction: Huh, so expensive). SR’s Reaction – (M’aam, it will last you for around six months :D)
Works to improve skin’s texture and condition after cleansing and clarifying. Oil-free.
My Experience with Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel:
I have been using this moisturizer for over a month now, it hasn’t really improved my skin texture, but of course, not done anything bad to it too. I have an oily T-zone. I apply this at night daily. Its a lightweight, oil-free moisturizer, which feels great on the skin when applied. It gives a cooling effect for a few seconds, not at all heavy on the skin and it has a light mint like smell, which is not very strong thankfully as I am not fond of mint fragrance.
Its great when you apply it, but again, when I wake up in the morning, my face is “chipp chipp.” 🙁
I am not too sure if one can apply it liberally and step out, I applied very little on my face once and followed it with a compact; face was fine, but mind you, apply very little, especially if you live in a humid place.
