I picked up this quad again, in another color just to complete the whole collection here on IMBB, I have reviewed all the others and the lilac one has also been covered by Rati. Long back, these were introduced at Rs. 350 and now they cost rs. 450. Over all these quads,are a little above average, with four colors to coordinate your look in a single color scheme.
The quad is very white, I mean every color feels it has some white in it, except the darker one. There is a common white highlight in all the quads they have,then this one has a light metallic pink, a bright magenta and deep plum pink, which is my favorite. The shades are soft but they have that sheer feel to them which really confuses me. Then all of them show up so white on my lid and they definitely need base for them to show up the true colors.
There is no fall out to it but still I would say get a base for them. It is difficult to work with them honestly as they are average in pigmented. There are good for a softer casual look and not for the day when you want to go heavy on eye makeup.
Al the four have shimmer to them, all silver shimmer. The light pink one is a very pretty metallic for the inner corner as well. The shimmer does not fly all over the place but still doesn’t feel packed well.Over all, sheer!
Last Word:
These have pretty shades, feel average and a little chalky and need a base to them definitely. Use them for practice or a more casual look, don’t expect deeper colored eyes with them .

I have used this quad for a long time. At first i did not like it, but later i liked the light pink and dark purple combination. Dark purple for contouring the lids. Nice review 🙂

i don’t like these maybelline quads ! The previous “chai-latte” types were much better with perfect balance on matte n shimmer !
