You guys have seen Sigma Makeup Brushes Kit Sneak Peek. I have been using these brushes every single day for the past three weeks.They have gone through a couple of washes and have been cleansed with makeup cleanser a lot of times. I am totally loving Sigma brushes. I have split the review in two parts – Eye and Face. Here is my review on Sigma eye brushes.
Sigma Concealer F 70 Brush:
This is one awesome brush in the kit; It’s soft, doesn’t shed and is multi purpose. I use it to apply concealer, eye primer, and even lipstick. It’s a fabulous brush. A must have for anyone who uses creamy products.
The bristles are tapered at the end and a little pointed at the top. So it reaches the very corner of eyes . Synthetic Bristles

Sigma E 40 Tapered Blending Brush : Call it a broom brush. This is a must have for me when I am doing my eye makeup. I use to apply loose powder on my lids, and under my eyes. I cannot do my smokey eye makeup without this. People with small eyes might find this brush a little big but I am addicted to this one. Natural Bristles
It’s a round and soft . Sadly it sheds a little. A bristle or two would always come off when I wash it.

Sigma E 30 Pencil Brush : It’s a pencil brush. I use it to apply colour in my crease, inner corner of my eye , outer V and lower lash line. Natural Bristles
It’s a round and soft brush. It’s thick and stiff enough to give you a perfect application on lower lash line. And it’s soft enough to bend and make your work easy.
If you notice the bristles closely , you’d notice that they are cut in a way that it fits nicely on your lower lash line. It doesn’t shed bristles.
Sigma E 55 Eye Shading Brush : I find this brush great for picking up baked eye shadows or eye shadows that are not every pigmented. It picks up lots of colour and it’s great for just packing on the colour on lid. I also use it to apply highlighters. Must have for me. Natural Bristles.
It is soft and it does not shed.
The bristles are tapered at the end.

Sigma E 70 Medium Angled Shading brush : I don’t use this brush at all. I find it a little thick for crease work , it’s kind of fluffy but not very fluffy..It just sits pretty in my brush stand. Natural Bristles
It doesn’t shed but the bristles have started to spread now. The brush is soft. I tried to use it initially but then I find other brushes much better.

Sigma E 65 Small Angle Brush: This brush is great for filling up eye brows and for creating a soft lining with eyeshadow on your lash line. I find it a little thick for using gel liners but it works fine when I want to smoke out the liner with eye shadows. Synthetic Bristles
It’s flat, think and stiff brush. Doesn’t shed bristles.

Sigma E 05 Eyeliner Brush : I find it very thick for eye lining. I don’t use this brush. This looks more like a lip brush to me. Synthetic Bristles
It’s a stiff pointy brush and does not shed bristles.

Sigma E 60 Large Shader Brush : I use this brush only for applying pigments. Otherwise for eye shadows I feel it doesn’t pick up much colour. Natural Bristles
It’s a soft brush and doesn’t shed bristles.

Sigma E 25 Brush : I love love love this brush. They send this travel size brush with their kits. It applies color, and blends it. You can do your full eyeshadow application with this single brush. The brush is soft and does not shed bristles. Natural Bristles
The brush is tapered at the end but it’s fluffy on the top. It’s one brush you must have.

Overall I am totally loving the Sigma brushes. The brushes are soft and are of good quality. The brushes handles are long and the metal on the front is strong. I highly recommend these brushes. Especially when you have a brush kit, you get to play with different brushes and it helps in making your eye makeup better.
These brushes are an essential part of my makeup and I am totally enjoying using them. 🙂

E05 is an eyeliner brush but I think it should be thinner. You can draw fine thin lines with this one. :((

Hi Rati…I like the look of all these brushes. I have TBS brushes, 2 MAC and 3 Inglot brushes. I am going to get MAC 217, I have been reading about this so long on IMBB. When I had an option, I chose MAC 213 eyeshadow brush, don’t know why. BTW, you got all my 3 emails sent early this morning? What do u think about the Avon Vs. Chanel eyeshadow? Eagerly waiting to know what you thought about it.

E 55 – For applying eye shadow.
E 40 – blending, for applying loose powder under the eyes, on lids or just dusting of any excess eyshadow fall out on your face.
E 30 – For doing crease work , smudging pencil liners and applying eye shadow on your lower lashline.
E 25 – multi purpose but a must have . 🙂
You don’t need a brush for liquid liner . If you use gel liners any fine thin brush from vega etc would do. 🙂
You know they sell only eye brush kit as well. And i think they give e 25 free with that kit. 🙂
