Coloressence Dual Colour Premium Eye Shades – Golden Brown Review

I often get a particular product if there is something different about it :) This time it was because of the dual shades in a single pencil. As I had a couple of weddings to attend, I thought it would be easy for travel. So, I chose a common party shade. Let’s see how it scored.

My Take on Coloressence Dual Colour Premium Eye Shades – Golden Brown:

Packaging is a decent one. It is a half and half pencil with brown shade on one half and the gold shade on the other. It is a jumbo pencil with lids on both the sides.  It doesn’t have ingredients list mentioned on it. I would have preferred a sharpener on one side of the pencil. The texture is creamy and medium pigmented. It glides easily on my eyelids. I have swiped it only once in the swatch. It has shimmers. As it is specific for party wear, shimmers are fine.

Green Eyeshadow

If you prefer matte finish, better stay away from the product. It can be used both as an eye shadow and as an eyeliner.  It is absolutely apt for this festive season. It lasted for 4 to 6 hours with an eye primer and 2 to 4 hours without a primer. It is a pretty good for the price and quantity. It was easy to remove the shades with my makeup remover.

Gold Eyeshadow

Pros of Coloressence Dual Colour Premium Eye Shades – Golden Brown:

  • Inexpensive.
  • Glides on smoothly on my eyelids.
  • Great for parties and functions.
  • Travel friendly.
  • Easy to use.
  • Two colours in one pencil.

Cons of Coloressence Dual Colour Premium Eye Shades – Golden Brown:

  • No ingredients listed.
  • No shelf life mentioned.
  • Staying power is just okay.
  • Some may not like its shimmer.

My Verdict on Coloressence Dual Colour Premium Eye Shades – Golden Brown:

It is a decent eye shadow pencil. It has nothing special about it. Try it if you want a travel-friendly eye shadow pencil at a decent price. It is not a must-have, but good for beginners.

the concept is nice of having two shades in a single pencil! wish the staying power was more with less chunkier glitters !!
