Biotique Honey Cream Soap Free Body Cleanser

What I like about the Biotique Honey Cream Body Cleanser:

  • It is soap free
  • The texture: Smooth, silk like creamy lotion based white gel that caresses my body the moment it touches me. 🙂
  • The consistency: A somewhat thick but not too thick almost opaque creamy white gel which does not turn runny the moment it mixes/dissolves in water. I hate it when I have to keep struggling below the shower to keep a bodywash/gel from running out of my hands, getting wasted and flowing into the drain. This one sort of manages to take care of itself . 🙂
  • The fragrance: An exotic extremely “Indian “ fragrance. I am at a loss for words when it comes to explaining the exact scent but it does remind me of the jungle and woods.
  • Does NOT dry me out ever. I do not even need to follow it up with a body lotion/ body cream/body butter to moisturise my skin because it never does feel or look dehydrated.
  • It also makes my skin feel squeaky clean despite being soap free.

What I don’t like about the Biotique Honey Cream Body Cleanser:

  • The fragrance does not last. So much so that even though your entire bathroom will smell of this soap while you are bathing yet smell your skin a second after rubbing this in and you will notice that the smell has already vanished from you while still lingering in the bathroom :yelo: ugggghhhhhh! :spank:
  • The packaging: Even though it is sturdy and convenient to carry while travelling, I just wish Biotique had inserted a screw cap instead of the current nozzle which is functional only if you are a pro at squeezing {I mean squeezing the bottle ahem ;-)}

Verdict: One of my favourite body washes to adorn my bath shelf.
Rating: :-* :-* :-* :-*
Would you purchase again? : Yes, over and over again! 🙂

  1. Nice review Natasha ..i m definitely gonna try this one :toothygrin: :toothygrin: :toothygrin: :toothygrin: :toothygrin:

  2. Today itself, i picked up the Body Shop shower cream othrwise wud definitely hav bought this cleanser after reading ur nice review.. :haanji: :haanji: :)) :))

  3. Thanks for always listing the ingredients . It really helps me decide whether I am going to buy the product or not depending on what’s inside the products . So thank you for that . I have the Biotique Sandalwood sunscreen and it felt a bit greasy when applying it . Also I dislike the fact that Biotique doesn’t list the complete ingredients as if they are hiding something . Most companies in India only list key ingredients and you will never know what you are using on your precious skin , lol .
    Anyways thank you !
