Faces Canada Go Chic Lipsticks Wild Orchid 218 and Port Wine 413
Hello Beauties:) Today, I am going to write a detailed review on my recent purchase, Faces Canada Go Chic Lipstick Wild Orchid 218 and Port Wine 413. Hope you all enjoy reading this.

Key Ingredients:
Phenyl Trimethicone, Octyl Palmitate, Capric/Caprylic Triglyceride, White Soft Paraffin, Shea Butter, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Ozokerite Wax, Performalene PL Polymer, Candelilla Wax, Carnauba Wax, BHA , Propyl Paraben, Castor Oil, Mica, Almond Oil, Jojoba Oil, Octyl Methoxy Cinnamate , Benzophenone-3 , Vit-E-Acetate , Perfume, Colors.
Price:
INR 199/- for 4.5 g.
My Take on Faces Canada Go Chic Lipsticks:
I think this is a new launch from the brand Faces Canada or it must have been out already, and I must have never noticed :P. When I was out doing my regular shopping one day, I had noticed a new brand Faces Canada and I immediately identified it ( thanks to IMBB) and wanted to check out some stuff as I remembered how a few ladies on IMBB loved the brand for the quality and price.
I checked out eye pencils, ended up buying Turquoise Blue and Forest Green shades (and I cannot stop telling how much I adore them).
I also found a few lipsticks lying there called Faces Canada – Go Chic Lipsticks, and I started checking out the colors. I was so amused when I found out that these are only for Rs. 199/-. I ended up picking two shades called Wild Orchid 218 and Wine 413. I am thoroughly impressed with these lipsticks as they do an awesome job.
The Port Wine shade is reddish-pink shade that will suit all complexions and the Wild Orchid is a purple shade. Please forgive me if I am wrong because I am very bad at describing colors :headbang:
The reason why I picked Wild Orchid is because I have never had a purplish-bluish shade and I always wanted to try it as I am not sure whether it is going to suit me as I have a dusky complexion and when I had tried and tested on me, it looked okay, but I make sure that I am only swiping it once and I use a tissue to give that light-matte-ish look and apply a clear gloss and then finally 😛 it looks good. (Phew:D)
So, let me quickly list out the Pros and Cons for you ladies:
Pros of Faces Canada Go Chic Lipsticks:
- To start with, the packaging is very good (I mean the case doesn’t look cheap).
- Even the cap fits tight, so no worry about the product messing up when left in the bag.
- The price 😛 (its just Rs. 199/-)
- The pigmentation is good (one swipe is enough for the color to build up).
- It gives a creamy matte finish and gives good coverage (absolutely no shimmer).
- Though the texture is creamy, the color doesn’t bleed.
- Doesn’t dry out lips (it’s got enough moisture in it).
- Almost odorless, it slightly has a hint of an oil smell, but almost goes unnoticed.
Cons of Faces Canada Go Chic Lipsticks:
- Staying power is average (1-2) hours if you are eating/drinking, but that’s okay with me as I usually do touch-ups.
- Limited shades to choose from (only 5-6).
- Apart from that, I am very very impressed as it does an amazing job for the price it comes for.

hey pretty shades especially the purple one. one of the malls in Hyd too has opened a full fledged Faces shop and I am dying to go there myself 🙂 I am extremely fond of the blue and Forest Green eye pencils.

Oooh! Port wine is soo vampy and amazing! But I think I’ll make hay while the sn shines and wear as many bright,popping colours as I can for now. 😛 I’ll save these sexy shades for later. 😀

You know what I bought the same two shades yesterday and I was thinking of reviewing it. But checked that if it’s been reviewed earlier and bang there you are!! I’M IN LOVE WITH ORCHID ! and this colour is too gorgeous!
