Today, I will review The Body Shop’s Aloe Soothing Night Cream.
A rich night cream that moisturizes, comforts and calms the skin while you sleep, helping to restore its natural defense system and moisture barrier. Dermatologically approved and clinically proven as suitable for sensitive skin.

My Experience with The Body Shop Aloe Soothing Night Cream:
I am a big fan of aloe products. My mom uses aloe vera cream and that kind of got me started. I have occasional dry and flaky skin, so I need heavy moisturisation on some days. My night-time skin care routine consists of this aloe cream and The Body Shop Vitamin E Sink-in Moisture Cream which I have reviewed earlier alternately.
The best thing I find about this night cream is that it contains no preservatives, dyes or fragrance which makes it perfect for sensitive skin.
The texture of this cream is very light and it does indeed soothe the skin. It relieves any redness and skin irritation that you might have. It is both good for summer and winter use, but if you have very oily skin, do consider using this every alternate day. The only downside I can think about this cream is that it does make the face look a little shiny/greasy, but considering this is a night cream, that is normal. If you want to stay away from the shiny face, consider a day cream from the same line.
Also, the tub packaging might feel unhygienic to use. Only a small amount of cream is needed, so once you buy a container of it, you’re good to go for quite a while. Overall, a fantastic product.
Pros of The Body Shop Aloe Soothing Night Cream:
- Soothes skin redness and irritation.
- Provides adequate moisture to the skin.
- Contains no paraben, dyes or fragrance.
- Great for sensitive skin.
- Leaves skin soft and hydrated.
Cons of The Body Shop Aloe Soothing Night Cream:
- Leaves face a bit greasy.
- Tub packaging is unhygenic.
- Expensive, get it during sale.
