Colorbar Cool Eyeshadow Palette Makeup tutorial – Silver Blue Smokey Eyes
So here is a look using the Colorbar Cool Eyeshadow Palette. All the colours in cool palette have a silver base and I noticed a little fall out. The colours are pigmented and easy to blend.
I have done this look using the first (silver) and the last colour (silvery greyish blue colour) in the palette
Let’s start:
Apply primer. I am using MAC Painterly Paint pot.
Apply some loose powder with a fluffy brush to create a smoother surface.
This is Sigma E 40
Take a flat shader brush and pack the blue colour on the center of your lid.
Don’t swipe the colour, just pack it gently on your lid. Leave the inner and the outer coner of the lid. Keep the blue concentrated at the center of the lid. Brush – Sigma e 55
Now change your brush and pack it with silver. A clean brush will keep the colours separated and give you a neat application.
Just pack the colour. Brush is a colorbar shader eye shadow. That’s my fav among all the brushes I own. 🙂
Now take a fluffy brush and pick up some matte black colour for crease. I am using a black from VOV palette.
Apply the colour in your crease and outer V. Just follow the shape of your eyes. 🙂
That’s how it should look : silver-blue-black
Now take a pointy brush and apply silver at the inner corner of your eye.
Wipe the brush on a tissue to clean it.
Now pick up blue and apply it at the center of your lower lashline.
Finish up with a black and apply it on the outer corner of your lower lash line and connect it with the upper lid.
Time to blend. Take a fluffy brush, pick up some loose powder and blend the harsh edges.
Apply liner. A black liquid liner would do.
Apply kajal.
Curl lashes and apply mascara.
Cleaning time. 🙂 Take a little makeup remover on your palm and roll and ear bud in it. Wipe away any blue- silver or black.
That’s it. 🙂
I suggest that you apply concealer and foundation after you have done your eyes.There is a silver fall out with these eyeshadows and you would end up ruining your base makeup.

you look lovely!!!!btw i need some help..i generally use concealer and babypowder as a base for eyshadows..but they still dnt seem to show up much!!
and can you suggest some overall light coloured eyeshadow? and do consider that i am on a tight budget right now with all the shopping for puja!! :-(( :-(( and am NC-42 in MAC.and have got some goodies will show you once the overall shopping is done!!! :-)) :-))
You can check out the lid colour from maybelline chai latte quad. And sree you have inglot there, you have to think twice before picking up their eye shadows. Shade I think you would have to test and try on your skin , it’s very difficult to suggest that way. :((
btw inglot has a primer for 400 bucks. You can pick that also. 🙂
btw i did pick up something from inglot!!yay!!!not much but it is a start!! 😀 😀 and i think i’ll check out their primer…and would you believe that i have never used a blusher in my life!! 😯 😯 have to pick something up..

and i totally agree with trying out the colours..the SA put some blue eyeshadow on me and it looked sooo wierd!!!i took the safest option :heh: :heh: my e/s looks like the MAC embark but with multi coloured shimmer particles which makes it look beautiful!!! :inlove: :inlove:

Great color spectrum for you. :yes:
When you go ahead using cool colors you will find out that they will make you look more fresh.
Also this color spectrum clears up skintone – well for cool color types like us, so far.
If you would be an natural redhead then you would have the same effect with warm colors :-))
