Today, I am reviewing one of my favourite products.  Its from Benefit and its named “Benefit One Hot Minute Sexy in Seconds Face Powder.”

Product Description from Benefit:

For a gorgeous “gaze at me glow” sweep this loose rose-gold finishing powder over your complexion & décolleté. All it takes is one hot minute! The accompanying custom brush dusts on the perfect amount of powder for a beautiful sheen. Tinted for radiance on all skin tones, anytime, anywhere!

How To Apply:

First, tap a small amount of loose powder onto the lid and load up the enclosed fantail brush on both sides. Lightly tap off excess and sweep delicately over complexion for a luminous finish. Wear alone or over makeup.

Packaging and Price:

Comes in a copper tin with a miniature fan brush type applicator.

My Views on Benefit One Hot Minute Sexy in Seconds Face Powder:

After reading all the reviews from different British bloggers, I decided to try this for myself.  I went to the Benefit counter in Boots and got a sample to test it out at home, after which I decided to purchase a brand new one from the counter.  I really like the product.  In simple words, I can say that its “all about getting that natural glowy skin in no time.”

About the packaging of the product, I have always been a fan of Benefit products, I really adore their vintage and modern mixed packaging style.  Its unique to this brand I believe.  The copper tin is so adorable as you can see from the pictures.  The applicator is of no use to me, I use my powder brush from “Real Techniques” to apply this powder.

About the texture of the product, its a silky powder that gives a luminous finish which can be called a “natural glow instantly.”  Its not shimmery or glittery as some people say.  It immediately highlights your skin tone giving a sleeky shine.  It can be used by fair as well as medium skin toned people. It can be worn alone or over make up, I prefer to use it alone.

Benefit describes this powder to be a loose rose-gold finishing powder, I totally agree.  When I take the powder, it blends really well onto my skin and disappears thereby leaving an angel-struck glow on the area 😛

If you find that it is more of a glittery one, that means you have used too much product.  You just need a very little amount for the entire face, if you use the right amount, it won’t look glittery.
