What is Berberry?
(*I tried googling Berberry and its benefits but google suggested (and showed) Burberry and distracted me completely for good 3-4 hours đ )

Daur Haldi (Berberis aristata), Lodhra (Symplocos racemosa), Rakt Chandan (Pterocarpus santalinus), Methi Trigonella foenum gracecum, Badamtail (Prunus amygdalus), Lotion Base Q.S.
Packaging:
The cleansing lotion comes in a white, plastic see-through bottle with a green screw-off cap. Itâs the âsignature Biotique packaging.” I wonder why they canât work on it. Biotique products are so good, but the way they are packaged really needs to be changed. The bottle has no dispenser at the top. The mouth is a little wide and it becomes difficult to control the quantity of product you need to dispense. Even though the cleansing lotion is not runny, but still, a pump dispenser at the top or tube-type packaging will make it easier to use this.

My Take on Biotique Bio Berberry Refreshing Cleansing Lotion:
I have combination skin type which gets a little dry with the onset of winters. So, I switch to cleansing lotions as my night -time facial cleansers instead of my regular face washes.
Biotique Berberry cleansing lotion is a white-colored lotion of slightly thick consistency, neither too runny nor too thick; spreads easily on the face. Â This has this fragrance which is common of most herbal-ayurvedic products, but nothing that bothers me.
I take a little more than coin-sized amount of the cleansing lotion, massage on my face for about a minute and then wash this off. Since itâs a soap-free product, it does not lather. I do miss that âfeelâ of washing my face that comes with normal face washes, but again, I know I need this for my slightly dry winter skin.
It leaves my face completely clean and makes it soft. It also removes my routine makeup (like kohl, compact, liner). Most of such creamy cleansers I havenât liked as they leave behind a greasy film, but with this, I donât see my face getting any greasy film after washing this off.
The pack suggests that you can also remove with a cotton swab, but I like to wash this off.
It suits my sensitive/combination skin and it suggests that it is suitable for all skin types. This is the second bottle that I purchased, the first one lasted me for about 20 days, as I use it every night.
Overall, a nice creamy cleanser and I will be using it all this winter.

ummm… see, I have slight oily skin, which gets a lil dry in winters….n it suits me well… if ur skin is super oily, u can skip this, and try Cetaphil cleanser đ
